I wish this tv came with a better remote. Samsung needs to make the remote with a light up pad and slide out keyboard.

The fact it will not work with a soundbar unless I use two remotes is very frustrating.

Has problems with the internet. Frequently displays a message "preparing the TV" when you press the SmartHub button. May take several minutes before it is ready. Also has a habit of getting the video and audio out of sync when using Netflix. You have to pause then play to get it back in sync. And Netflix seems have more interruptions with this TV than the Vizio model I used to have.

picture is not as clear as I would like, but I was to cheap to spend any more money on a higher quality product

Meets the need for general use viewing. Not as crisp as my ancient Toshiba Regza that it replaced.

Read a ton of reviews before purchasing this item. Ordered online. Received within a few days. Took me some time to get someone to install it. Out of pocket expense for installation. The picture is NOT clear, the color neither sharp nor bright. I have a small 18 inch in the bedroom and the comparison is obvious. I have tried to convince myself that the new model is OK but after looking at a movie last night, no doubt about it, this is a crummy set and picture. SO dark, very unhappy with it. Went in last week to talk about exchange. Had to do it that day. Was not feeling well, unable to do it. Now am past the 15 day return policy. So have to live with it or bite the bullet and write if off as a bad purchase and get another. Very unhappy with it. There is something wrong with this. BAD picture, bad sound, nothing stereo about it. Almost like it appears that it needs some fine tuning of the brightness and clarity. The picture is just dark and difficult to watch. Would not recommend to someone else.

Great for the price, just a little to slow when opening the apps! After that, great product

This was my first HDTV and boy am I am impressed! Great picture great price! Set up was so easy! The staff at Best Buy made the whole purchase go so smoothly! Was thinking of getting 4K TV but read the reviews unless you sit closer than 5 feet not worth the extra money ! Definitely recommend the Samsun HDTV Smart TV!

I purchased this TV in November 2015. This week the screen died when the bottom right hand corner started melting the TV. Very dissatisfied given that the used Sony HDTV I bought at a pawn store in 2013 still works fine.

We had a 43" Vizio smart tv in our living room which was fine. But we wanted a little bigger one for our main TV and moved our Vizio into the bedroom. This 50" screen is the perfect size. Can be seen easily and fits onto our swivel tv stand. I love that the stand is a pedestal type and not the ones with the two legs on either side. It allows for a larger tv on our existing stand because the legs don't take up so much of the space. I had to change the setting for our preferences as is common with new tvs. Now that I have it all set the picture is beautiful and clear and easy to see. I really enjoy smart web feature. Very easy to access Netfilix, etc. No complaints.

Great TV for HD programs poor non HD picture. Sound also not the best,

I have always bought Samsung. Ist tv sound doesnt come on when tv turns on. Have to turn on and off multiple times for sound to come on. 2nd tv picture went black after 18 months but I had bought warranty and best buy replaced no question asked. 3rd...well they say 3rd times a charm...

Cheap and works well. Slow at times when trying to access apps.

This smart TV is very slow compared to an Insignia I bought at the same time. It takes a long time to warm up and sync with the wifi and does not work well when switching from one app to another. Also the picture is not very clear compared to a similar Panasonic 1080p I have.

Slow start up. Have to wait 30 to 45 sec on start up to use app
