My words can not describe the beauty of the picture.

Having never owned an HD TV before, not to mention a 4K, we were not sure what to expect. Of course we expect clearer, sharper pictures but it was more a subjective expectation than anything else. When we first started watching a show there seemed to be something strange. It "felt" wrong. It was hard to put a finger on it, but after a while we realized what it was. the picture was so much sharper and clearer than our last TV that there was a depth to the picture that we were not expecting. My wife nailed it with the observation, "It almost looks like it is in 3D." Of course it is not in 3d, the the quality of the picture was such that there is a a perceived depth to each scene that really adds to the impressiveness.

I have purchased 5 TV from best buy and they are all good but this last one is a 59 inch 4K ultra smart Samsung It is Awesome!!!!!! and the quad 4 proseser works great you do not need rukh or Apple TV !!

Our first HD TV and so far it has been very great.

It is a good product but it would be nice if the firmware was up-to-date. It was not! So, I contacted Samsung customer service (located in India-great service) and spent at least an hour to find a solution (Having the firmware up-to-date is essential). Additionally, Apps in this TV do not work at all time, some of them do but not all (before buying connect in store to internet and play some apps i.e Pandora radio, you tube, etc). Anyways, I was told by customer service people, that with time/eventually most apps will work, etc. (I believe there are some contrast between Samsung company and Some Apps companies- in the legal aspects, which affects the end user in this case me/us -Not being able to play those apps is undesirable but there are solutions such as: Matricom G-Box Q², Google Chromecast, etc -Anyways, all good =D)

Samsung - 50 Class - LED - 2160p - Smart - 4K Ultra HD TV - Black. Set was very easy, on screen instructions were clear and work flawlessly for both internet connection and set-up to Time Warner Cable.

Needed a new TV and wanted a larger size. This fit the bill. Was an open box. Considered a Vizo but glad i went with the Samsung. Lots of great features included. Wifi, apps. 2160 picture is amazing!

Our second Samsung TV, they make great products!!!
