Samsung tv

High quality product with great customer support for instructional issues when needed. Best Buy reps always exceptionally knowledgeable at point of sale. Complimenting Samsung sound bar purchased as well!

4k ultra not there yet
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.No ultra 4k content. The picture quality upscaling from 1080 is no better than watching on a normal HD TV. I returned it for the same TV in 1080 resolution and saved a couple of hundred bucks.

At first I was very happy with my purchase

Now it doesn't work smart at all. Can't get the online web movies to play anymore. Called Samsung support and spent 2 hrs and 4 minutes on hold and working with them for no working solution. Repair tech was suppose to call me and make an appointment but never did. Waste of money on this tv if you want internet movies to watch.

Wonderful TV

We had some issues getting all the OTA channels at first, so we also tried a Sony. The issue ended up being that the cable was also damaged by the lightning. So we had three TV's that we experienced in our home and actually went to the trouble to return the Sony and go back to get the Samsung. Very pleased with it.
