Just purchased this tv nd when i opened the box nd set it up the screen was cracked

I highly recommend Samsung TV I bought the 50 inch and after a few days I decided to go bigger so I exchanged it for the 55 inch because it was the same price, it happened to be on sale. I love it.

I absolutely love this tv. Its my second Samsung TV purchase. its a great size for the bedroom and love the smart tv options. No need for external boxes, like the Amazon Fire Stick and etc...

I love Samsung TV's. I have 6 of them and they are great TV's. I would highly recommend this product.

Overall I have been loyal to Samsung TVs but this one is by far the best we have purchased from them. The picture is great and its easy to navigate the on line services like Netflix.

Not impressed with the picture quality or clarity. Returned the TV.

When our old TV which we had purchased back around 1996 stopped working we needed a new TV. The sales clerk actually helped us with this and we are very happy with our choice.

Completely satisfied with this purchase. The colors and saturation may not be the best compared to the SUHD TVs but it's still a spectacular TV. Would go Samsung again.

My favorite tv I had a little issue in the begging when I just got but the protection team came and replace one part and after that no problems at all

This tv was a great purchase, even at an open box, the clarity and precision of it is superb. I love it and would definitely recommend to anyone. The features are awesome.

Lots of features and it gives the ability to remove the feature that gives the "soap opera" effect (which I don't like).

this tv was disappointing because of the resolution

My sound bar didn't have the contents that were needed to make it work. It was not an open box and the representative did tell me it was a closeout. Best Buy would not help me with the missing parts. I contacted Samsung and they wouldn't honor their part by sending me missing parts. I have spent an additional $200 buying seperate parts just to get my purchase working. Unbelievable! Horrible customer service by both parties involved, I won't shop there anymore......

Bought this TV as an open box item. I was looking for a tv for a spare room. I am using it for Netflix and the picture quality is good.

I can say so far so good. The Samsung TV purchase was right on point and the price was a little high but stayed comparative with other sellers.
