I purchased this product twice from Best Buy. The first one worked fine except that the TV would turn off unexpectedly at different intervals. I contacted Samsung support several times but their advice did not provide a remedy. The second TV did not function at all. As I was beginning to set it up (enter WiFi account) the picture flickered and then power turned off. I could not get it to turn on again. I reconnected my old 40" Sony and it works perfectly.

Blurry and slow and just an annoying set to operate.

The television powers off while I am trying to watch something. The sound quality was terrible and I had to invest in a sound bar to bring the level of sound quality. Not so happy with the Samsung TV, I will definitely do more research next time.

The TV has a great picture, it was easy to set up and has awesome features. It is nicer than I expected!

Purchased this TV after my 51" HD rear projection TV died. The picture clarity and definition is something else and so is the sound (surprising for a thin TV) The processor is very fast (almost the speed of my i5 laptop) Too bad I cannot have a full keyboard like other TVs offer. This will be a big benefit to complement the TV's capabilities. Great TV.

We had lived with a Sony project HD TV for the past 8-9 years. We had recently replaced the bulb and it was failing quickly. We went to the review section of Best Buy and saw this product was rated high and that it was at a great price. The set up was super easy. Great fast picture. Only had it for a couple days, but would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a Ultra HD TV at an affordable price.

I got this TV the other day and love it. Set up was a breeze and the picture was amazing. Had trouble getting Netflix with SMARTT but was fixed with an easy call to Samsung.

I can't be happier about purchasing this TV. After dragging my feet for 2 weeks over which TV to purchase, just one store visit on Oct 1 helped me make my decision. The sales person was very courteous, and patiently explained to me the all the advantages of this TV over others. He did not push me though, but helped me make my decision. They loaded the TV on to my car too. From the point of making my decision, in less than 2 hours, I was watching TV in 4K content. Since my first 50" 1080i Plasma in 2007, TV technology has grown leaps and bounds, and Samsung seems to be leading the market. The clarity in this 4K is fantastic. Assembling and Set up is a breeze. 50" is perfect for my room size. The price seems perfect too. My only regret is they charge $100 extra for a 240 Hz version. It is seems there is a $100 difference between each of 60, 120 and 240 Hz. Not that my eyes would notice the difference in refresh rate. So, Can't be happier with this purchase.

Love the picture quality, haven't used the Smart option too much yet but appears functional and the sound is not bad for small speakers. We had an issue with the audio dropping out for a split second from the beginning. We came very close to returning it after many attempts to get help with this. Samsung support is no help and very difficult to understand and don't seem to understand what you say. Finally an individual from the Geek Squad had me change a setting on the TV which seems to have solved the issue up to this point. This may change my decision to purchase Samsung again.

From the moment I hooked it up the wifi has not worked at all. I finally tried resetting the dns to 8.8.8.8 it worked for a night then when I turned it back on it stopped and the router is literally right on the other side of the wall. I even moved the router into the room next to it and it kept disconnecting. Finally I just ran a Lan cable and the internet started working. Netflix keeps freezing when trying to load up and that's if I don't get a solid black screen and have to unplug the entire tv for it to start working again. Taking it back this weekend for the money I should not have to deal with the wifi not working and the main app I use freezing up. Huge Samsung fan but this being my first 4k tv I'm very disappointed. Updated the tv and it still does the same thing. You would think since the 4ks have been out for some time they would have all the kinks figured out.

I've had this TV for a few days. I'm very happy with it, the picture is fantastic and it has good sound also. It does a very good job of upscaling 720P cable. You won't be disappointed with this TV.

The picture quality of this TV blows me away, even without being connected to the 4K adapter. I have three other Samsung TVs in my home(that are not 4K) that have excellent HD pictures, but not nearly as good as this 4K. I can't wait to get it hooked up to a 4K adapter.

Great Picture and easy set up. Very nice TV for the price

Samsung UHD TV's are usually slim, fast, picture-perfect and this TV isn't an exception to the rule. I recommend it along with any good blu ray players, possibly the 4K ones that are coming in the near future.

I love the picture! It works great with my Xbox One and Xfinity. I would give it five stars, but I can't get the thing to connect to my phone though smart view 2. Definitely worth the price!

I have a 65" Samsung tv and it's now my second favorite tv. This 4k tv blows it out of the water. Cristal clear picture with vibrants colors. I still haven't look for good settings online but out of the box looks fantastic. GET ONE!!!

This TV makes you think you can just reach into it. It has such a clear picture! I love this TV!

The picture is really good with this TV, but there is some picture stuttering. It's worse when the Auto Motion is set to "standard," better when set to "smooth," but best when you customize and set the stutter reduction to it's highest level of 10. It still doesn't get rid of it completely. I read a CNET article about this issue and it appears that I'm not alone. According to the article Samsung blames the TV networks for putting content out that has different frame rates. My question to Samsung is why would you make a TV too "advanced" for current TV watching. I should have suspected something was amiss when all the UHD TVs were set to the demo while the other lower resolution flat screens were playing the stock video that best buy plays. I can only hope that if TV station frame rates are the issue, that they will update the technology soon so I won't be so annoyed.

Great smart tv easy to use and very good picture quality from this one. Recently developed a dark blur on bottom right corner but didn’t want techs inside home yet.
