I have owned this tv for 2 dos, and it is broken. I talked to Samsung Customer Service and they said it was a hardware issue and covered under warranty. I signed up for a service call. No idea when that will happen. I now have an expensive black box in my living room, and no TV. Will not buy another Samsun, and will probably not shop BB again. They should stand behind the products they sell, I mean 2 months????

Great picture and awesome smart TV but it is falsely labeled as having a 120 Motion Rate when it is really a 60hz refresh rate. I would advise talking to a Best Buy sales rep prior to purchasing so they can help you avoid these false ratings from the manufacturer. I will be returning but only because it is not a true 120hz refresh rate and I don't enjoy watching shows or sports with the "soap opera camera effect" of a 60hz refresh rate. If you enjoy a 60hz refresh rate then this is definitely a great TV for you. The smart TV capabilities far exceed my Vizio TV and the picture is truly great.

I wanted a smart tv and this set has it. It also has great picture quality for the money.

Very Bad Tv, after two months from buying this TV. it is started to be very slow and freeze and stop responding to remote control and they are going to change some Hard ware parts. I am not recommend this model

I like the television very much. But it reflect my lamp and the light from our window across the room.

This TV was extremely easy to set up and to use. The Smart TV function works very well. The color is fantastic and for a flat panel TV the sound is very good. I would recommend this TV to anyone who wants a reasonably priced 4K TV.

This tv has an awesome 4K picture for a reasonable price.

Bought this TV from from Best Buy in June 2016. It did also have 3d which kicked the price up by about $100.00. Has okay picture but cannot compare with the 47" LG Smart TV I paid $250.00 dollars less for. Almost no 3d or 4k content to access with this TV. It is also overloaded with junk that poses as personal choice for consumers, making it difficult to operate. The "Smart" remote is dumb as a gord and there is no smart remote that will work in place of remote that comes with TV. Motion is jerky. Very dark screen even if set is on highest lighting, Dynamic. The Samsung 50JU7100FXZA TV is worth no more than $399.00.

Couldn't watch you tube or my Netflix stopped working colors were bad was dark just a real,bad tv all,around . Returned it got a lg there the best tv.
