Overall the tv picture is great, it lacks the volume because of the thinness of the tv. Some days it works great, and other days you have to crank the volumn up to 50 just to hear it. Had to buy a sound bar to fix the issue. Love that is is a smart tv! Easy to set up!

I was Planning to buy a 48 inch LED smart TV and the sales associate sowed me a 50 inch Samsung 4K - open box TV. On recommendation, I have purchased 5 year replacement warranty. Picture and sound quality is great. Overall it was a good deal.

The Smart TV is great and the picture is amazing and the connection to the WIFI is advanced. However, this TV along with others I have learned seems to have a sound flaw. At times, I will turn it on and there is no sound. I have to turn it off and on again. For the price of the TV this should not be an issue. In time, I hope this is resolved. Other than that, the TV is great.

This is the first truly hi-def television I have owned and I have to say the picture quality is unbelievable. The picture is so true that you feel you are sitting right there on set.

My son, a U.S. Marine, was home on leave for Memorial Day and knew he would not be home for Father's Day so he offered to buy me a 50" UHD TV. We already had a Samsung 46" TV that was four years old that we were fine with. So I let him buy a Samsung. While there isn't a lot of UHD content yet, the picture is amazing. The sound, not so much. I think it's on purpose so you spend another few hundred dollars on a sound bar.

Easy to set up and use the remote. The picture is outstanding. I highly recommend this TV.

Not a super large TV that you'd want in an entertainment room but large enough to comfortably watch in a bedroom or any other room for that matter. Also the smart features are better than some of Samsung's lower end models and much faster to load and use via wifi than a similar Samsung I tried that was only a year older model..

I bought this TV after seeing it in the stores and reading the reviews. This TV is fantastic and puts my 7 year old plasma to shame. Its picture is much better and TV motion is great. I watch a lot of sports so picture motion is very important to me and this TV doesn't disappoint, it's great. Would definitely buy again.

I think you will enjoy this TV. The smart TV features were no problem to use, installation was very smooth. Two months later I'm still surprised by the picture.

I've been looking for a new tv for a long time and I've finally found the perfect one. It's the perfect size for my room and the picture is top notch. I mainly use it to play my PS4 and to watch sports and it performs flawlessly on both. If you are looking for one of the best 4K tv's on the market, you won't regret this one!

I like my television very much. I am not very tech savy. So it will take me a little time to learn. I also may come to Best Buy if I can't figure something out as the gentleman that helped me pick out the best television for my home is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Picture quality is amazing, easy to use, great value

We had an LCD flat screen TV and bought this one to replace it. The picture resolution is so good, it feels like you are really THERE. The blacks are black, you don't detect lag in motion sequences. The speaker system quality is adequate but not as good as I would like. It hasn't detracted from our enjoyment of the TV.

Beautiful TV set , has awesome colors and pictures. we hanged it on the wall , has a very clear sound system, it meets our need. I just wished we bought the 55 inch, the wall space could accommodate the larger TV set nicer.

The sales person did not tell me any thing about how with this newer Samsung 4k special cables are needed in order for the picture to come in clear, I think it's your sales people need to be honest and tell their customers what they need in order for the product to work properly and how much more money it's going to cost for new technology items compared to an older model. If I could I would take the item back and get something older that is not going to only cost for the special cables, but also cost me more for my cable company to provide me with the right cable box in order to have the television to come in clear, not a happy camper.
