internet is not working

Terrible

Then five different Best Buy phone operators (switched among groups/programs) before being told we do not include a power cord with this product. I am done - shall not worry - you are not to see me (nor my friends if I can) again.

Won't connect to my wireless network.

Neither of them will stay connected to my wireless network. My phone and tablet will, and so will my Vizio TV and Sony Blu-Ray players. This is going back to get an LG.

Screen Cracked Upon Delivery

Samsung shipping at fault, not Fedex. Unfortunately these TVs are sold out everywhere. Too bad, as all the reviews indicated this was a really nice unit.

Picture quality is mind blowing. Also, the apps and browser loads very quickly. No lags at all, make sure internet speed and connection is robust. I have read people complaining about slow response, its because of your internet connections and has nothing to do with the TV. No doubt, this particular model is the the Best option. No need to to buy expensive 8000 and 9000 series. TV speakers are not bad at all. They sound much better than my previous Sony Bravia TV. After all its a TV, and not a home theater system. I was able to connect TV to my portable Bose mini speaker via bluetooth. Now, I do not have to buy HT system or any expensive sound bars. I loved the remote, very easy to use. It's a remote and not a cordless phone, so don't expect numbers on it. I did not find any negative thing about it. It has Eco sense feature,which adjusts the brightness according to light conditions in the room. It's very lightweight. Use the Samsung View app to connect your phone with the TV, and can watch photos and videos. Overall, Very Happy with the purchase. I did a lot of research before buying it.

Smart remote is amazing it automatically syncs to every device i have, xbox one, cable box, ps4. All apps load extremely fast and the little 4k content i do have via netflix looks great. For the price could not be happier

Awesome TV so far

I brought this to replace a 40" Samsung in the master bedroom. It has an AWESOME vibrant picture with just the basic out of the box settings, so I can't even imagine the awe it would be if I knew how to fine tune the settings. This was the easiest TV setup ever. (Word to wise...make sure to turn your cable/satellite box back on so you wont spend 10 minutes like I did wondering why it wasn't recognizing it...LOL). I love that I dont have to use two remotes...this one works just like the DirecTV remote. It automatically recognized and connected all bluetooth devices. The only thing that I'm going to have to get used to is not having a sleep timer button on the remote. You have to go through settings (total of 6 steps) just to set it as opposed to the just pressing a button. I just got it set up about an hour ago, so will update my review if anything changes for better or worse, but at the $399 Black Friday price you can't go wrong with this TV.

Just an Excellent TV

Remote sync'd and off I went. Btw, great remote! Picture is stunning! One thing my wife and I noticed is that, film and video look "Live". We each thought it was us, but when I said "Is it me..." Again, Stunning.... Sound has always been an issue with large screens but I have to say, the sound from this unit, though not at a Home Theatre Level, is quite good...very very good. That was a great surprise. OS and Apps are fantastic. Fast load times (except for the internet) . Then again, I don't use my TV for that. As an extra, download Samsungs Smart View App. Any video's, movies, pictures etc you have on your computer can be sent to the TV by LAN or WiFi. Seamless...........
