    The tv it self is nice, has good picture and is fast to respond. It does freeze from time to time but hasn't been a big issue. Ive had mine 2 months now and its quite possible the biggest pile of poo when it comes to its network cards. I don't know if samsung went cheap or whats up. I run 2 routers both dual band and have a min of 20 mbs. My vizio, labtop, tablet, phones, ect no problems. This tv i can't get to stay connected to any network. Co worker has the 55 and has the same problem. Im planning on calling customer services this week to try and see if there's anything i can do.

    Great TV for the price, we had a little trouble setting it up but our cable provider helped and I really am pleased with the performance of this TV!

    I can't. Here's why: First, it consistently fails to connect to my wireless network. Every other device in the house connects -- three iPhones, a Chromebook, a MacBook and an Amazon Fire -- without a problem. The Samsung TV regularly says connection to the wireless network failed -- and that's whether I manually enter the IP address or allow the TV to obtain it automatically. I've had the TV for five days now, and it's only been able to access the network on two of those days. Picture quality: There is A LOT of judder while watching regular cable TV. I know this is a somewhat subjective area, but the judder makes it all but impossible to watch cable shows -- especially those on HGTV. The picture is significantly better for sports -- there's no judder there -- and the quality is quite good on 4K output like shows on Amazon. But keep in mind, I've only been able to watch shows on Amazon twice because of the dreadful internet connection, so I can't really credit the TV for that. Tonight, the fifth day I've had the TV, a new problem has occurred: All of the Apps on the bottom of the screen have vanished. I now only have the option of watching cable. It's like the Smart TV got a lobotomy and is now dumber than my old 32" LG from 2009. I have reset the TV numerous times in hopes that I can recreate the first day, when all the functions actually worked. No luck. It now permanently tells me I need to select Set Up TV, but when I do, nothing improves. I have never been as frustrated with a product as I am with this TV.

    Good Television

    Bought my husband the television as an early christmas gift and he is in love with this tv. It has great visual the only negative comment I can give is that when you try turning up the volume it a hassle on the remote.

    The TV itself is great with clear picture, but the smart TV takes forever. I usually have to have my TV sitting on for a while just to wait for the smart TV to work.

    Many Technical Problems

    The first TV I bought (November, 2016) was defective right out of the box. Best Buy replaced it no questions asked so that was nice but it was still a hassle to try and fit the TV in the car. Shortly after working I discovered there is a bug with the TV's netflix (that both samsung and netflix have known about for years) that makes it so you have to reset your TV every time you want to use the remote to control netflix. Now, as I am writing this review, it seems like my HDMI 1 input (the only 4k input) has stopped working, with less than a year of use. Additionally, the picture quality was only okay out of the box, it took a substantial amount of fiddling with the picture settings to get it to look good. For $750 from samsung, I expected so much more, with far less hassle. Probably going to bring this one in to geek squad (luckily bought the two year protection), but this will make the 3rd tv in less than a year.

    i had purchased this tv on black friday and was very pleased with it . only issue it was defective took it back to the store was told they could not replace it and the only thing they could do was give me a vizo that was lesser quality or i could spend more money for a better tv they were not willing to work out a price for a tv of equal specs and value so i guess i got the short end of the stick and was forced between a refund or a piece of trash tv bestbuy has lost a longtime customer who spends thousands a year their because of this , i was willing to spend more money on a better tv if they could work out a better price and they were not willing to help in anyway and were very rude

    Great Price, Big issues

    I couldn't pass up the deal on this tv for Black Friday. Initially everything is great and I was very happy. 1 week later out of no where a huge vertical grey strip with 10 black vertical lines appear on the tv. No picture reset, factory reset or new HDMI cable fix the picture. I am still leaving 3 stars in hopes that Samsung/Best Buy remedy the situation quickly.

    The TV quality is great. Love the colors, the refresh rate, but the apps... horrible. Took two weeks of tech support to fix Netflix and it was a "known issue." The browser and apps are super slow.
