    When watching regular television, this is a very nice picture. If you plan on watching sports, look for a different option. I will be returning this TV after less than 1 week.

    It was a 5-star until Samsung pushed out an update a couple of weeks ago. Ever since the update, the ARC does not work. Have spent several hours on the phone with Samsung going through what the "script reader" support guy insists I go through. He insisted that it was the soundbar (Bose Soundtouch 300) that is the problem, and even though everything worked PERFECTLY until the software update by Samsung, that has nothing to do with why it won't work now. He did, however, reluctantly agree to put in a request for home service. That was fine until I called the home service people and was told by them they could not come out because 6 minutes after I hung up with Samsung, the guy from Samsung cancelled the request for service, noting that I said the problem was the problem so I requested that it be cancelled. I never did any such thing. While on the phone with the home service guy, who was very helpful, he agreed 100% that the update is the problem, and that they can log into the TV and fix it remotely, but Samsung refuses to do that. One thing he DID recommend doing was turning off the automatic updates so this kind of stuff doesn't happen. I'm done with it - it's going back to Best Buy tomorrow.

    Samsung 50" 6300

    Wifi connectivity is bad. as soon as you connect it looses the wifi and freezes it up. google has a lot of people saying this also. No auto or manual IP address, DNS server, or other changes have helped. Old LG tv never had the problem in the same spot and same router. picture is real good but wifi access if horrible!

    Good picture quality But the motion is very bad

    We purchased this TV going by the sales persons recommendation. I was told that all 4K UHD TV's had High Dynamic Range. This TV does not. And the motion is very bad with a choppy stuttering picture motion. It is not pleasant to watch. I hope I can return this item and purchase something else with a better motion rate.

    Audio Intermittently Drops

    Purchased this product and thoroughly enjoyed it at first. Satisfied with the video and everything except we ran into an issue with the audio. Out of nowhere the audio starting dropping in and out every thirty seconds. Called Samsung support and they eventually told me to restore to factory settings. This worked temporarily and now it is happening again. Only had this TV for 3 weeks. Plan on returning it.

    TV turned black

    TV went black after 2 years. Was out of warranty so it became a paper weight.

    Picture gone after 60 days. 4 months with customer service trying to get them to fix it/exchange it. After four months, and probably 10 hours on the phone i FINALLY got a refund. They were so rude. When the company came to pick it up the guy said he was picking up 5 samsung tv's today....This company has literally gone down the tube. Please spare yourself, and don't even look at this tv.

    Not a good TV

    I bought this tv to use with the PS4 PRO. Graphics were horrible, streamed a 4k Netflix TV and the picture was not great. I have a older Samsung 49 inch 8000 series non 4k and it blew this tv away.
