I purchased this TV after too much shopping around. As it was an "open box" purchase, Best Buy took everything out of the box to ensure all pieces were there. It was missing the power cord so I got it for $1. Easy set up and the picture is fabulous.

Great picture...smart features are simple....remote - not so much.

It's on Black Friday, for $400 it was a steel, because it's going to be my TV for the next 3 years. In a few months, I'm likely going to get the sound bar that screws into it. I love Samsung TVs, they are high-quality, and this one is no exception.

The salesperson was very helpful in picking the correct size for the area that we were trying to install the TV in. This TV has a very small frame which maximizes the size of the screen for a tight area. Samsung also has one of the best pictures.

I bought this TV to replace an ancient plasma TV in my den. The picture is clear and crisp. The colors are true and vibrant. The sound is very clear, not fuzzy or static-y. Great for thr grandkids games or family movie night.

The quality of color and the ease of use justified my selection of this product. I have had several Samsung products in the past and this one is the easiest to use. Their on screen instructions are easy to follow. The investment was worth it.

I absolutely love this tv for the price. I was originally afraid that I might be disappointed not going with a higher end model but have been very happy since. I do think it would be nice if Samsung would add make more apps available like Slingtv

A little over kill for my kid's bedroom, but I couldn't pass up the Black Friday price. Samsung, 50 inch, 120 MR and 4K for under $400. Didn't purchase for smart features. So far, so good.

great high tech tv for everyone. i think this was a very good deal with this kind of tv since it has all the features that we need in the 21st century. Samsung tv's are quality tvs that last long and I have a few of them that I already have.

Excellent picture . I love my new TV . Unfortunately my old 4k was stolen . I bought a 50in.this time instead of the 55in. and I actually like it better . I paid almost double for my 55in. and my 50in. is way better . I am very happy with it .

Good picture, easy to set up and use, Light enough to easily move

I have purchased many Samsung products over the years and have never been disappointed...especially in their video displays. I have many computer monitors and several TVs now. This TV is high quality and has beautiful image quality...even with older DVD/BluRay content it gives a sharp clear picture. Easy to set up and use, it will not disappoint.

This is a great TV at a good price. I haven't been able to see the 4k yet, since I'm hooked up to a wireless hopper. This requires faster Internet speed for 4k feed quality. I hope to get that going at some point, but the 1080P picture is good.

For an entry level 4K TV the picture is outstanding! I would buy it again especially at the current sale price that is $160 off the normal price. The price reduction occurred after the 15 day price guarantee which is all that Best Buy offers.

I had a very good experience at the Best Buy at 52 East 14th St. Carlos Rodriguez was my main sales person. He was kind,patient, knowledgable,friendly,personable and went out of his way to be helpful. This was my first time buying a flat screen TV and he was generous with his time ,in answering my many questions. I recommend that he be acknowledged for his excellent service. I would also like to say that Daniel DeRico,another salesperson, was also very helpful,in informing me about the possible televisions I could purchase, in my price range. I would definitely recommend both these sales associates, to friends and family,if they wanted to purchase a new tv.

Love the Samsung Smart TV. The only drawback is that the sales associate told me that the TV didn't come with instructions to give the best picture and I would have to go online and find it. However, when I tried to find it online, I was unsuccessful. I set it up the best i could figure out, but still not sure if I have the best picture available.

We have had nothing but success with our Samsung TVs and while it is a smart tv so took a little bit to get set up not just plug it in and watch it has great picture. Definitely need the HD though because without that it isn't clear at all.
