Either way, it's just complete awesomeness!! Even better is that a week after I bought it while on sale, it went on an even bigger sale and the retailer honored my request for a price adjustment!!!

Good picture quality but lags with 4k

Watching HD shows and all of a sudden the picture will revert to normal quality. Yes, there is a difference. I have a Samsung 8 series in the other room with 240 refresh rate and this goes not happen with that. But overall it's a good TV

When I turned on the TV it would come on fine, but after a few seconds it would start to fade out. It would go from average brightness to almost completely dark every time I turn on the TV. This happened for two days until It finally disappeared on its own; I don't know why this happened. It appears to be working fine now.

We got this one by trading in phones, so we got gift cards. Plus we had a gift card. So we did pay for it:).. but no outright cash. Gift cards. That is the way to shop.

However, unexpectedly, after a few weeks my wi fi connection became disengaged and I was unable to connect with Netflix or any other internet provider. I consulted Samsung and had to reset my settings to factory defaults. This cured the problem and I have had no problems in the 2-3 weeks since I did this.

I have a 32", 50" 1080p, and this purchase was another 50" but this one is a 4k Smart TV. Can't beat the picture quality. Needed this TV to replace the 32" Samsung as I'm getting older and couldn't read all the football scores.
