Old plasma suddenly died. Researched replacements and price compared. Best Buy had my choice in stock and price matched. A pleasant overall experience.

We love the resolution and sound on the television. When trying to use out surround sound system with it, it has taken some work, and we still have to control it separately, even thought the remote says that it's programmed.

Not what I was advised about all the apps. Was told it had certain ones but doesn't.Does have good quality but if I had known it didn't have all the apps I wouldn't have gotten it

This TV has an amazing picture. One feature that is really cool is the auto brightness of the screen. It adjusts depending on the room lightning.

THE ONLY THINGS THAT I DON'T LIKE ABOUT MY T.V. IS IT KEEPS PAUSING AND I DON'T LIKE THE REMOTE CONTROL THAT CAME WITH MY 5O INCHES SAMSUNG T.V..
