I am very please with the smart TV and the simplicity of using the added smart options. The clarity of the picture and color is fantastic.

Can't beat the Samsung quality. I've longed for a Samsung tv and wasn't able to afford until Black Friday. This tv has not disappointed.

Excellent except TV does not swivel on its base so cannot easily point it to where we are sitting. Like the "Smart" TV very much. High quality picture, easy to operate and the Samsung quality we have come to expect.

I am still working on the remote yet due to the design. It has good connectivity for all devises. The owners manual is a download and still may need it for all the options available. Debating on a audio addition.

This TV was a great purchase , I was able to pick this up for $398 on black Friday!!! I have never been disappointed with Samsung TV's

This TV so far has ended up being a good TV. One setting that I made that made a big difference in video quality was to turn off the auto motion plus. Once that was done the video jitter was all but eliminated.

The picture quality is excellent. The controls easy to use. Sound surprising good. I would definitely purchase again if I had to do so.

You definitely can't go wrong with a Samsung tv. If you like top of the line and great customer service but a Samsung from Best Buy.

My only disappointment with this TV and with most Samsung televisions is that on a completely black screen there is a white splotchy look and not a nice black screen. Otherwise, the TV is great and easy to use.

Bought this tv for my son and he said it is great for gaming. He is very pleased with the quality. I liked the value for the price.

This tv is too smart for me but I like it. A lot more than my X wife. Buy it and get rid of the wife. You won't be dissappointed!

Tv is just ok but first let me start off by saying one of the issues I have with this purchase is that a week after I purchased it I got an email from Best Buy saying the tv was now $30 cheaper. Unfortunately I could not make it in that day and came in a couple days later and they would not honor that pricing. Now for the tv. It's just ok. The picture is fine, about the same as all the others in its range the real problem is it's smart tv functions and menu controls, basically they both are awful and very frustrating. I had a SONY for years and was use to the simplicity and ease of its functions, This Samsung falls short. I have nothing but issues now with the Netflix app as I constantly have to delete it and reinstall it. Netflix blames Samsung and Samsung blames Netflix. Its really hard to figure out how to do most normal functions and some are available at times and other times they just don't work. It's difficult to navigate through the menu setup and the remote is simply awful and makes it even more complicated. Thankfully the remote that came with my Bose system is able to control the tv and it saves a ton of frustration. Unfortunately this tv lacks ease of functionality and other functionality is either missing, incomplete, or difficult to get to work. Also I dislike being marketed within the smart tv menu. Just let me watch my tv in peace stop trying to constantly sell me something.

We have 2 other Samsungs that work well. This one didn't disappoint and even had a couple new features that made set-up even easier.

Everything is great so far, only had for a month. Replaced an LCD that was making the room very warm as the LED is much cooler

This was a great 4k TV that was within my budget. I believe this tv is perfect for anyone who just needs a tv for everyday viewing.
