It's not a problem with the Klipsch, it's a problem with the TV. Samsung Service says it must be something with the audio system, of course they're not going to admit a problem.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This TV might be excellent for UHD-HDR channels but as I am watching international channels which are a mix of 80% Standard channels & 20% HD channels, the screen resolution is not natural colors and doesn't look lifelike, also picture quality is not sharp & lots of blurring effect are there. I order to get 50" TV as per my mix channels, I became the member of "Consumer Report" & I order the model suggested by CR and also set up all settings as per CR suggestions, but still the picture quality is worse. Matter of fact, my very old Philps TV is much better than this new advanced TV. I am thinking to return the TV & take help of Best-Buy team about proper selection of TV as per my mix SD-HD channels. I like about Best-Buy is for very compititive price & great support for customers.

HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing.
As for optimal SD viewing, you can try adjusting the cable or satellite box's video output resolution to 1080i or 720p, and it may help improve the picture quality.
