First of all the normal picture what not satisfactory compared to another Samsung we still have. We had to use that as a standard. We also found that being a black Friday special there was things taken out to make the price lower. Seems adjustments we could not do on the tv and could not connect speakers to the tv. The sound was good. We opted to go higher to a better tv. First we tried a SONY and that was returned. Bad picture and terrible sound. Then we went to the 8000 series, the highest for the smart tv in Samsung. Finally we were happy with picture and sound and adjustments. It was difficult but we are happy.

This one has the worst picture of them all. It’s not bad but when you compare to newer TV’s the difference is easily noticeable.
