    5 years later and still going strong. Small 3" by 2" blob of pixels that are slightly discolored at the bottom right of the screen. The speed of navigating around the TV settings is not what it used to be but it still has some pep to it. Well worth the money

    if you do not care about watching netflex then its an ok tv , bought it netflex does not work and everytime I try to turn netflex on it turns my whole internet off had to reset my router few times I found out that this issue is been going on for a while and samsung is not doing anything about it , returning it and getting another smart tv.

    I bought this TV as a certified excellent open box item. I do really like the TV, have not had any ad issues of yet. The only downfall that I see so far is the remote. It could have included more buttons for easier navigation.

    Amazing 4k experience. The bad part is my TV had a 1" by 1 1/2" black spot in the lower right corner. Not only that, it would show "no signal" when trying to connect my ps4 to the TV and I used two different hdmi cords (one 4k and one normal). Now I must return this Tv. Good times.

    Garbage!

    A sales associate recommended Samsung to me stating it was "the best brand". Boy, was he wrong. I have only had this TV for 2 weeks and already having a major issue. The TV will randomly shut off by itself. I looked on several forums and found this is a common problem with Samsung TVs. Had I known this, I would have never purchased this tv. Also. The smart remote that comes with the TV is also garbage. There is NO way to fast forward or rewind any videos while using the You Tube app. This tv is going back. Save your money and buy another brand.

    Terrible Internet Connection

    I bought this TV for the sole purpose of using it to play Netflix, Amazon Video, etc. and the apps rarely ever work and now my TV will not connect to the internet. Every other device I own works fine yet I constantly have to unplug this TV in an attempt to get it to work

    Dead pixels

    I always get Samsung tvs and this is the first time it suffers from dead pixels, will exchange for a replacement, if it happens again I'll just keep my 1080 46 inch samsung tv... Dead pixels are a defective thing for screens.... Will update once I get a replacement..

    TV has advertisements. Returned it the same day I bought it. Other than the ads, the picture is just so-so, not nearly as good as my 10 year old samsung set, and it sounds muffled. This is definitely a cheap set and for the first time in 20 years I’ll be buying a non samsung panel. Good job samsung, you lost a loyal customer because of this garbage.

    Its 4K but my old 1080p had better picture.

    TV build quality is very nice, speakers are better than most. Has every feature you could ask for. BUT the picture quality on my Toshiba 1080p that was 4 years old was better. Both TVs running on FIOS but I am thinking the upscaling to 4K makes it very grainy and lots of gray it seems when watching 1080i. Blu-Ray looks great.

    I bought this TV as I moved to a new place. I gave away my 55 inch Insignia and upgraded to this one. I do like the picture quality when I am watching movies, but I have trouble playing games with this TV. I thought my PS4 was the problem, so I went and bought a PS4 Pro since it supports 4K gaming. I play MLB the Show mostly, and the lag is STILL THERE. Playing baseball game with lags = malignant. I would not recommmend if you're buying this TV for gaming. Maybe I have not figured out how to tweak the settings properly..

    BEWARE: Has no headphone jack, nor RCA audio out jack. So I used the Digital Audial Out (which is fiber optic) and a fiber optic to RCA converter box that I use on a Panasonic TV, but the Digital Audio Out on this Samsung is defective, producing only static and garble. For the savings on a simple $5 audio out jack and the inconvenience of requiring the purchase of a $30 fiber optic to RCA converter box, I now have to go to the trouble of disassembling and returning the TV. For many elderly, a TV is worthless without being able to use headphones.

    Returning today, less than two weeks from purchase

    Terrible. 10-days in, and the sound started to skip regularly. Could be a blip or last for several seconds. Gave Samsung chat system two tries to fix and they failed. Lots of bells and whistles don't matter when you cannot provide the basics of television that were conquered in the 1950s or earlier. Not Best Buy's fault, but buyer beware on this one. Don't be fooled by the showroom picture.

    You have to reconnect to your wifi every other day, most time it works but many times I have to unplug. Don't waste your money when they try to up sell you. This tv is awful.

    Poor Quality

    This is a big disappointment! Very poor picture. Looks like all shows or movies were shot in the dark. Sound is not good either. You have to make it really loud to understand what you’re watching or cc it. This is going back. I will return to Sony.
