Excellent condition. We always look at the open box deals first and they have never let us down. Plus the sales person was awesome in helping us pick out the right one for our needs.

Great TV, vivid colors, easy to navigate

The colors are great, there is very little glare even though the sunlight shines on it. The only complaint I have is that the base is not super sturdy. But if you aren't moving the tv stand around a lot and dont have animals that will knock it down, its not a huge concern.

When turning on the guide the TV picture breaks up, I was wondering if Best Buy had any suggestions on how to stop this from happening? Other then that problem I'm satisfied with the product.

Easy to use

I have never had a smart TV before but this is easy to use. Not sure that I wouldn't have been better off with a Roku and saved a bunch of money!
