This is a great TV, nice picture. Needs a better remote.

Not only was the TV on sale I also applied an additional 50 Best Buy reward coupon. Did get a Polk sound bar with the TV based on staff recommendation. I would suggest doing that with this purchase for decent sound quality.

Great TV for the price. We love the smart TV features.

Had to buy a new TV after a lightning strike took out our old one, and we couldn't have made a better choice. The smart apps allow you to directly watch TV straight over the internet - we do have our cable box still plugged in to it, but we almost always watch through the cable provider's app, because it's so much easier to use than the cable box. The picture quality is rock solid, really sharp and detailed: and stays sharp when we're watching sports, no flickering - the high refresh rate makes a huge difference. Love this TV.

Working great right out of the box. Also the " Geek Squad" had the TV up and running in a half hour from delivery hookup plus all components to packing up.. Very professional, very knowledgeable and very polite. Great job guys

Have had no issues since our purchase a month ago. Easy to get started and set up smart features with internet. Picture is unbelievable.

It does have a great picture, good color and sound and the option to personalize the settings

Upgraded to this TV due to inventory issues but I am sure glad I did. Picture quality is great, so much so it’s like you are part of the picture. Coupled with a Samsung Sound Bar, it is like a mini movie theater. Two thumbs up and with exception to lack of being able to easily speak to store staff before in store pick up. The on site stafff was more than professional in handling what would have otherwise been a Black Friday disaster and subsequent bad experience. Customer satisfaction was the end result.

Easy to install, mounted on top of dresser. Picture is very bright. Nice simple manual on how to use Samsung Smart Hub remote.

After much deliberation I purchased this TV. I was upgrading from a 46 inch Samsung and really wanted another Samsung due to the quality of the picture. Many reviews mention the minimalist remote and sound bar which made me question my decision. I resolved the remote issue with an upgrade to Xfiniy 1 through my Comcast cable provider and the sound bar is fine for me as I live in a condo. I'm extremely pleased with my decision to buy this TV and at Best Buy as the salesman was extremely knowledgeable and patient!!

Really nice TV. Exceeded expectations. Extremely clear picture and very smooth easy navigation through the applications on the TV.
