The unit was very easy to setup. I connected it to 2 WiFi's in our house because my wife and I have different media services. The 3 apps we use were built in. The information blazed as if it was hard wired.. The picture is beautiful, and the sound was easy to adjust to our liking. The remote was a breeze to learn and use. Best Buy gave me excellent help and answered all my questions. And bonus, the 'price match' at checkout made this TV more attractive. We only watch it, no game consoles. yet.

All in all, I am very pleased with the picture quality, ease of set up, ease of use, and available apps. The upscaling of lower quality feed is also quite impressive. The only limitation for me is the lack of audio connections. I have older analog stereo components that cannot be connected due to lack of AV sound out.

This is my second smart TV. My first one was not a Samsung and it was a lot smaller. This one has outstanding picture quality and of course having a larger screen makes watching things a lot more fun. Easy to use!

A sharp picture and great color. NOT easy to set up, though, as the directions are minimal. I had to consult two neighbors and a 12-yr-old to get it hooked up. Nowhere does it say you need to also buy an HDMI cord.

This is my first smart TV. Here's the good and not-so-good: Good: 1. Setup was simple. I chose the base rather than a wall mount, and it was a breeze even with just one person. 2. The picture is very good (see below for exceptions), as is the audio. 3. The smart TV menus are reasonably straightforward. 4. It has all the necessary ports for such items as my (older) DVD player. Not-so-good: 1. I haven't yet found the right picture adjustment to make dark scenes (such as those in shadows) clear. I assume it'll require more experimenting. 2. Viewing from angles other than straight-on isn't good. I purchased a swivel base online, and this solved the problem. 3. Be sure your WiFi signal is strong. I ended up having to get a new router. 4. You may need to keep calling to have questions answered. When the TV started buffering the first night, I was somehow patched through to the brand's own support team (not BB or Geek Squad), who told me the TV was defective. This didn't sound right, so I persevered, calling BB again, and this time I was connected with a BB employee who knew what he was doing. Turned out, the TV was fine; the problem was my router (see above). This gentleman stayed on the phone, troubleshooting and answering my inane questions, for more than an hour. 5. The remote is sleek, but not intuitive. The BB employee explained how it worked, which was good because I'd never have figured it out. Other thoughts: 1. The base on this TV is approximately 32" wide. Be sure you have a table that will accommodate it. (I repurposed a 36" coffee table.) 2. The TV with base isn't heavy, but it is unwieldy when you're trying to pick it up or position it, so plan accordingly. 3. All in all, I'm very pleased with this purchase.

I purchased this as a bedroom upgrade for my 40" 1080p. Picture quality is pretty good, after playing around with the settings. For under $500, not a bad tv.

This Samsung TV was very easy to set up. It basically sets itself up and you answer questions along the way. The picture is very good and the 4k shows on Netflix are so clear and amazing. Highly recommend it.

What I like about my tv is that is modern and is a great size. The size is just right because it is not super small and neither super large. It does use smart features which I have not explored just yet.

I’m happy with it except that the views from 45 degrees are not the best, but I can handle it. Sound is good for me. Love the features on this set. I had no problem with setup

Last year I bought my first Samsung TV, and one year later I've had no issues at all. Great quality, many apps that can be downloaded, and quick response time; I decided to buy another one.

Limited viewing area with no blurring and true colors. Easy to operate. Some blurring with action motion. Ok for sales price paid. Had a Samsung previously (42”) that was great. A little disappointed in this new 50” Samsung.

The tv provides great color, sound,( one paerson has a bit of hearing impairment and is still satisfield without a sound bar. Price was comparable and Qeek squad was timely and very accommodating. I wish it had the one connect system is the reason I gave it 4 stars.

Not only does this LED TV have a great picture (as expected), but it was a breeze to setup. It automatically steps you through the process. Even though the remote has voice control, I still would like the remote to have number buttons instead of the on-screen ones.

I didn't feel like spending $1500 for a new TV so close to Christmas, but I wanted a decent picture and a Smart TV so I could watch Netflix, Youtube, UHD Blurays and Amazon without having to switch remotes. This Samsung fit the bill for around $500. Very Satisfied.

Holy cow! Where do I start? I can control this thing with pretty much everything; phone app (android), any of my other Samsung remotes from my other 6 Samsung TVs, Firestick remote, Xfinity X1 remote, the remote that came with it, and my favorite, making my kid go up and change the channel, which I had to do when I was a kid. The picture is great. We have a 55" 3d Samsung TV that isn't 4k and is only 1080p (still trying to figure out what I'm going to do with additional 1080p from this new tv....all this extra 'p'..... We use this TV in the master bedroom because the rest of the family is not worthy of this TV to put it in the main living area. The remote on this TV is very different than the conventional Samsung remotes from older sets. It is almost identical to the Amazon Firestick remote in design, and can control the Firestick, as well as the Xfinity cable box. I wish Samsung would add a feature to mute the kids and sometimes the GF, or at least change the channel from Lifetime Drama to Comedy. We have like 18 different remotes in our bed because the GF has to have one near her at all times. Its like sleeping in a bed of bones. Sometimes I purposely use the bed remote for her side of the bed to change the TV and give her the 'whoops' when I fold her up like a taco. I was definitely in button shock when I used the remote for the first time. I do miss the 100 buttons of the old remotes, not because I use them, but just knowing they are there so I can use them, even though I don't know what half of them do. The apps and menu features are very easy to use. If you can't figure them out, you also probably don't own an ATM card. It integrates nicely with Xfinity and displays the TV lineup nicely. Netflix was already there ready for me to set up my account, which now makes the 123rd device with my Netflix account on it. I haven't been able to run my gaming console on it because my GF has forbidden it (ruthless). This is not an OLED system like the LG so the blacks are not going to be a true black but if I want a true black, I just turn the TV and lights off and then shut my eyes. I can't think of anything else other than I have been very satisfied with all my Samsung TVs (Yes I actually have 7 throughout the house - I'm a TV hoarder and they say admitting to your addiction is the first step to recovery).
