Have zero complaints about the tv. I downgraded in size but got a far better television.

TV was very easy to set up for parents' cable access and was easy to set up Netflix and Hulu. They can easily switch between applications. The only complaints I have is that the TV didn't recognize the cable box right away despite that it had the name of the box labeled in the selection and the function to press channel numbers is inconvenient for them. Otherwise good product

Great tv. Only issue it did not come with bolts to mount to previously purchase tv stand.

I went to get another tv on sale. The saleman helped me find what I was look for a game tv for my son he said this one had a better picture than the other one and was within my buget. My son was happy and still is.

This is a great Tv and Brett was really helpful. I don't like small remotes,sound is hard to ajust to begin with,other wise great to this old lady hahah

This Samsung is better than the one I replaced. Although I don't have HD from ATT yet, the picture is much better. I'm looking forward to getting HD. The screen is even a little larger. Some reviews said that the sound might not be too good, but it is good enough for us.

So for I’m very satisfied with this TV, I have a inside antenna and the picture quality is very good, the sound was not the best but have hooked it to my Bose 321 and now get great sound. I have 3 other Samsung TV’s of different sizes and they all preform very good

All my electronics have been Samsung. You can never go wrong with this brand. I love them! Connected to my hotspot quickly. Watched my favorite shows within minutes. Downloaded my apps that I couldn’t download with other tv’s, sound is great and picture is clear.

Had almost already decided on this tv before I even stepped in the store. Once I got in the store it was a no brained. Picture is amazing, features are amazing, the voice control is amazing and accurate.

Customer Service on The Phones Really needs to improve I was on hold for over an hour when I spoke to rene a manager she was very inconsiderate and I then showed proof on my cell phone, with the calls and times Rene would not come to the customer service area when I came back. The Asst. Manager a young Lady i forgot her name was very helpful and friendly and made sure all my concerns were answered She should be manager She has very good Customer Service Skills

I spent a lot of time looking for different televisions with the HD quality of this television this is much better than anticipated the price was exceptional I found it on sale I purchased this compare to a 55 inch one that I had in this television is extraordinary I’d recommend it to a friend I really love the smart features on it would buy it again might buy a second

I’m a firm believer never paying full price and when the deal came up it was hard to resist. This tv has a beautiful and seamless picture, when fired up the tv recognized the amazon fire stick plugged in as well and paired perfectly woth the remote for the tv

this is my main girl she loves me and takes care of me when daddy needs her in bed

Bought this for our Mom who was having trouble reading things on the bottom of her 32 inch screen! 4K Wow! I can’t wait to buy one for myself! This picture is incredible! She is so excited to be able to read and know what is being displayed on the screen!

Bought this Samsung on sale. Great price for. 50’. Easy setup. Great picture and sound. Looked at another 50’ Samsung, but it only had 2 HDMI plugs and needed at least (3). TV fits great in living room and good picture from side view. Would buy again.

Picture quality is great. We went bigger than planned, as there was a sale and price point wasn’t a big jump. Very happy with image, tuner works well, and voice remote for as little as we use it is cool when searching for online content on Prime Video.

I really like this Tv. I was really surprised by all the features that it came with being that I have not purchased a tv in a few years. Only complaint is that it won’t steam from my I phone or Mac without cord.

I'm satisfied with this Smart TV, it works well with my wall antenna and it is easy to access Netflix and Hulu. I no longer need my Roku box with this TV. My one concern is the cheap setup for the TV to connect to the base. The 2 pieces do not fit flush
