Overall, love the tv. The new Samsung remote is small and I don't care for it. There are only a few buttons (compared to the older remotes), they are unmarked, and I find it gets lost easily. I also don't care for the picture in picture smart hub. I also don't like the stand. It just seems wobbly compared to the older versions. Outside of that, the picture is awesome.

my son is going to love this Christmas gift! Perfect for is gaming and netflix.

The Best Buy associate was very helpful in describing the setup and functions of this TV. I thought it was a very good value for the price and have had great experience in previous Samsung TV's.

Best bang for your buck , 4K at its best , and love the Bluetooth capability !!

Great TV! My only complaint is the lack of the direct tv now app... that would have made it perfect for me. Other than that the tv is great.

Only con would be the sound of voices during a show with lots of background noise/music. But typical of flat screens. Sound bar helped a lot.

Beautiful color, easy set up and light. Just not crazy about the low sound that comes out of it, even on it's highest setting. Need to purchase a sound bar that is almost as much as the TV. Also not a good investment if you have hearing impaired visitors who need to have a headset - cannot offer both headset and listening to regular crowd. It is one or the other.

Good tv. Nice functionality. My only issue is the picture doesn’t look quite as vibrant as it did in the store. Good price for what you get.

Best Buy price matched my TV as promised, I was in the day before and had a lengthy discussion about 4 K TV's with a salesman who helped me make up my mind., also the smart remote with the TV synced with my Samsung sound bar and now controls it and my direct TV box.

First time owning a smart TV. Like that the speakers are Bluetooth. Do not need the extra equipment for Netflix and other Internet accesses.

The Samsung TV was easy to set up, has great 4K picture and at a great price.

This is my first UHD tv and it’s great I love the quality of the graphics. Although it’s good it has one thing wrong. If you have a iPhone and you plug it into the tv with a hdmi cord and a Apple adapter Orange and yellow have more of a red color which really sucks, because I mostly use this set up to watch movies. Beside this one thing the tv is great.

I upgraded for a old box tv to this tv and it's amazing. The picture is great and seems like you are there at times. I did have to look up how to attach an old dvd player, but it came with all the hook ups I'd need to do that. Highly recommend.

I am amazed at the quality of the picture of this tv versus the tv it is replacing. It was also a Samsung flatscreen but the advancements make for a much better viewing experience! I highly recommend this tv to anyone looking for a quality television.

This is the third Samsung TV we have purchased at Best Buy. As with the previous two, the picture quality is excellent and is the reason we continue to purchase Samsung TVs. As allows, the sales staff was very knowledgeable about the products.

we had to replace a older 720 HD 50" LG TV....electrical storm damage. the resolution of 4K is just unreal at this smaller screen size. A smaller overall size looks much better than an extra large screen does. it fits well in our small living room!

Menus are easy to use, apps set up quickly and are intuitively placed. Haven't used much of the voice functionality for the remote control yet. Picture looks great, but color quality does diminish at side angle, so place seating accordingly.
