This tv was a insurance replacement and I happy to say that I’m glad thatwhen for the upgrade. The clarity and sound is great. Our dog doesn’t like the sound. Lol her leaves when it’s movie time.

wanted to upgrade all my TV's to 4k this was a perfect size for bedroom. the picture looks great and was the perfect size. all my TV's are Samsung love the menu and how easy it is to navigate

Love this TV! Was my first smart tv and it's so nice and fun to explore options. The picture is very crisp and clean and the sound without a sound bar is fantastic. Would highly recommend this product.

So far the picture on this TV is great. I replaced an older Samsung model TV. I didn't think 4K would be any different from the HD tv I had but I was wrong. I would not buy anything but Samsung. I do wish the sound was a better quality but it works fine with the Samsung sound system I have.

Its my first 4k HD TV, had great expectations, but would say had turned out to be basic viewing experience apart from that it provides the standard smart tv features. The picture quality is not that great, not much options to enhance the picture aswell. The software has hanged couple of times, and had to do reset twice in last 6 months. The internet browser sucks, completely unusable, can't read the text displayed neither displays any images. The sound is good at lower levels , at higer levels its not that loud and clear as would expect based on the good sound at the lower level. Was ok to spend $700 considering was a new model, but the price sliced by $200+ in 3 months :-(. Would recommend to spend a $100 more to buy a higher model.I has to buy one urgently as my old TV broke.

First of all, this television was very easy to set up and has a beautiful picture quality. Very clear, very crisp. However my biggest complaint is that if you are not looking at the screen absolutely straight on, the picture quality is awful - it looks completely washed out. Had I known this, I may not have purchased this TV. It may also be the way TVs are made now - my old Visio flat screen (6 yrs old) didn't have any issue with viewing off-angle.

We love this TV. We received a different one for our wedding. It wound up having a dysfunction... brought it back and decided on this one. We love it and the picture is great!

The process of purchasing was good. A couple of associates approached me offering me help. Not bad

I absolutely love this TV I wanted to get something in a brand new style and 4K was it. It took some getting used to how a 4K TV looks but I love it now it has beautiful picture and sound quality.

Have only had for a few weeks but no issues at all. Remote takes a little getting used to. Set up was a piece of cake. Handshake to DIRECTV was immediate. Much better than prior generation Samsung.

Good TV for the kids bedroom. I would not purchase it for a living room tv, but it does the job.

Nice tv. Nice picture. But doesn't stay connected to the WiFi.

This is a wonderful 2nd TV that we have purchased! I enjoy the quality of Samsung's picture and sound. This was a perfect size set for our house. Don't hesitate to buy Samsung! Great product!

This tv actually set itself up. It recognized all of my other devices. My phone, cable box, internet, even transfered over my Google account information when I authorized it to sync.

Amazing display and smart tv options are easy to navigate. Able to connect to Netflix, amazon using integral apps via wifi. Sound quality decent but using a sound bar since I had one already.

We love having a smart TV though we were worried we wouldn’t understand how to use it (but it is easy). The only thing we do not like is that the voice and lips become out of sync after about an hour. Turning the TV off and then back on corrects it - until it happens again.

I was able to set up with no help and the picture is good. I do notice in the light that the picture is unclear from the side but I knew that was a possibility from reading the reviews.

I couldn’t believe the difference of the quality of the 4K over the HD tv that I had. The picture quality of the 4K over HD was absolutely amazing. The color quality was outstanding

Had it about 6 months, it has been doing really well. The only thing I don’t like is that the tv sound is really low so I had to purchase a sound bar to go with it. So having to use an extra remote is a little annoying. But the picture and tv overall is very good.

Another great Samsung TV. I now have 2. Great picture and sound at a sale price that was matched plus no interest payments. Still playing around with all features, but so far so good.
