This TV is awesome!

Great service and picture!

They didn't have this in stock and found it in another Best Buy not too far away. They spent a great deal of time trying to get a hold of someone in the other store to confirm it was in stock so that I didn't waste time going to the other location and find they didn't actually have it. All worked well . I dinged it 1 star because the set up was not easy, did not come with a manual and had to call tech support to get it to work. Since I'm not tech savvy I had a great deal of difficulty figuring out what was needed connection wise. It took close to an hour and a great deal of patience from support before I got it working. If it came with a decent set up manual, I believe this could have been avoided.

Thought the picture was too dim then realized there is an 'eco mode' that dims the screen like an iPhone when the room is dark. I would purchase again.

Quality Samsung tv

Sound quality could be a bit better...salesperson recommended buying an additional sound bar, but you shouldn't have to do that to get good sound.
