Should be covered under warranty but I'm still disappointed

Every program is easy to deal with (w the exception of Spotify that one needs some help but I haven’t decided if it’s the actual app or my internet). Anyways it’s not blinding and I’m pretty sure the brightness adjusts to the light. The volume is pretty great too. We never really go over 13. About two weeks later my parents ended up buying one too.
