Great when it works

We've had it since last September and since then, its been pretty unreliable. I'm actually chatting with a BB agent to see what my options are to get rid of this tv.. The remote isn't very user friendly either.

SO I LOOKED AT THE REVIEWS AND THIS ONE WAS BOUGHT WAY MORE THAN ANY OTHER BRANDS I WAS LOOKING AT. HOWEVER THE PICTURE IS A BIT OFF, MAYBE IT'S THE 4D, AND AM CONSTANTLY HAVING TO ADJUST COLOR LEVELS ON DIFFERENT CHANNELS. I ALSO GOT A SHARP 50 INCH 4D AND IT IS GREAT. ALSO $150 LESS. SO I'LL BE TAKING THE SAMSUNG BACK AND GOING WITH THE SHARP.

The salesman for Best Buy was efficient and the Geek Squad member was able to assist him so that I was out the door in about 15 minutes. Thanks.
