I love my new TV it's the right size in my bedroom on the wall and very light weight. I bought the 7 series because of the price and it didn't let me down. The picture is clear the remote is easy to use. I haven't gotten use to the new channels so watching it is an experience (lol I'm not that tech savvy). The volume is awesome I can't wait to get my sound bar. Overall I don't regret the purchase and it was worth the money. I love Samsung products!

I LOVE this tv. Me and my husband have 2 of them. Both the picture and the sound quality are amazing. They also last a super long time. We've had the one in our living room for about 4 or 5 years now and it still looks as brand new as the day we bough it.

The tv quality is great but in my opinion, it gave out way too quickly. We only had it for 2 years and it stopped working. I enjoyed all the features it came with. It has samsung tv which is sort of like having cable without paying extra for it. The remote control has easy access buttons to Netflix and Prime Video. Which I thought was pretty cool. The tv itself has the majority of streaming apps added already.

This was my first 4k TV and it's still going strong. Is it the best model on the market? Likely not, but for me it's enough. Sharp, clear, and vibrant. And to boot, it was affordable. I hope it lasts longer than my Samsung sound bar did...

The TV is easy to set up and the picture is excellent. I'm very happy with the set. Definitely worth the money.

I love this TV - good picture and sound - good value. The only part I don’t like is the menu images for the smart tv apps are too small. That combined with the small navigation buttons on the remote make it hard to tell which app I’m selecting. The remote buttons are hard to feel as the buttons are small. The remote feels short as the directional buttons are low on the remote forcing your hand to hold it from the bottom of the remote - will likely be difficult for mobility challenged individuals. Can’t feel the difference in the buttons and it isn’t illuminated so have to turn the light on to see what I’m doing. Have to select and re-select the app I want because the app images are so small - but other than that love the TV.

This television has the clearest picture and the best color of any we looked at while shopping in brick and mortar stores. The "smart" functions we have used work perfectly. We are sorry that we did not buy the set sooner. The only feature we cannot rate as "excellent" is the remote control unit, which seems to be sluggish. Its key layout and key sizes are puzzling. That said, we would definitely buy this television set again if given the choice.

This tv has an absolutely beautiful picture. Just make sure you are watching something that is a high definition broadcast signal. It works great with a firestick and has an outstanding picture with it. I had one disappointment, Samsung has their own version of a streaming device built into the television. With this it comes with Samsung TV Plus video service free of charge that has tons of content. The problem I found was many of the channels available on the Samsung TV Plus are broadcast in a standard signal. So the TV does the best it can with that standard signal and it has red and blue "squiglies" or distortions that appear all over the picture when you are watching many of the Samsung TV plus channels and that is very distracting. I thought there was actually a defect with the TV. I called the maintenance technicians at Samsung and they explained what was going on, that it was a standard signal that the 4K tv monitor didn't handle well, it needs a high definition signal. So I now just watch things on my 4k firestick and it looks great. So I am happy with what I got for the price. It's a big very high resolution beautiful picture. Samsung just needs to improve the broadcast signals of the Samsung TV plus video service. Either that or they need to adapt the television to display standard signals without distortion.

Clear image and easy to install and set up. wifi connect is excellent

Best purchased for me going from a 32 in up to a 50 in has been the real eye saver for me. Great viewing with out eye glasses. Easy to set up. Only down size, wish it would have given a better way to set up the controls, " need to be able to control the base" Difficult to use the remote, as far as using the up down right to left arrow and watching the arrow on the screen at the same time.

This was a replacement for a similar model that recently died. We are liking it so far. Clear, bright picture, lightweight and thin. It looks noticeably smaller than our previous TV due to the almost non-existent frame surrounding the screen. We don't have anything in 4K to evaluate the UHD capabilities, but looks great with good-old 1080p. I'm glad we didn't opt for the more expensive Series 8. I don't think it would have been worth the extra money. The price was too good to pass up on this one.

Great TV that is really clear and easy to use! Would definitely recommend!

We like the TV. Sharp and clear picture, But ...1. Our favorite channels keep getting lost and we have to rescan channels to get them back.... 2. we could not connect audio from tv to our amplifier and speakers...Best Buy sales person and Geek squad couldn't come to an answer and didn't know that the optical output has to be used and not the HDMI...HDMI is for 'display' devices. I asked a tech person at a different company to get the answer.
