    Samsung has had some good products and then some bad. The picture was grainy and trying to adjust it wasn’t easy. The sound quality was to bad.

    Though i found this product good but i didn't expect that it doesn't connect bluetooth devices otherthan LG & Samsung even it has blutooth.

    I bought this for my rental property. I wanted an easy TV that anyone could use. Based on the recommendation from the in store rep I bought this TV. As soon as I hooked it up, I was amazed on how dark the picture was. After installation I went back to the store and the supervisor was very helpful on making adjustments to improve the picture. I would still not recommend this TV and would have returned it if not for the circumstances.

    i always prefer to buy samsung TV as it lasts for long duration. The one of the advantage of the these product is coming with Smart Remote.

    Unless all the conditions are absolutely perfect have a signal strength is very very high, this TV just isn’t very smart.

    TV looks great for 4k movies nice streaming speed and quality but very very poor TV quality the up scaling is very poor regular hd cable looks very bad I have a very high end 1080p with 240 hrz tv that blows it out the water 4k or not

    The lack of an easy to use sleep timer button on a TV that will be used in the bedroom is frustrating. I would return the TV if I could.

    Tv works well. Smart apps are good. Hate the marketing and forcing Samsung channels all the time. Just stop.

    This tv doesnt seem to pick up my home signal as well as my phone or laptops. Have to keep unplugging and start over.

    For any viewing angle greater than 30 degrees from front and center, the picture is greatly degraded. It is so bad that I returned the TV.

    I purchased this tv and within the first week I noticed random picture cutting in and out. I Only have about 1 hour of tv time daily and didn’t think much of it. Went to turn on tv today with remote and tv power button and nothing comes on. Only blinking red light at power button. Unplugged and waited and plugged in and tv still will not come on. Only blinking red light I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TV!!!!!

    TV always, no matter what, starts at a loud volume showing steamed content I don’t want. Often it’s adds for things I’d have to pay extra for. Also, can’t opt out of data collection, Samsung gets to know everything about you. I’d return it if I could, I would have never bought it if I’d known.

    I am sorry but I have to tell you the truth about my situation and experience with bestbuy they suck and they have lost me and my family as customers we bought this TV and it was a open box special and I was assured that it came with everything but the booklet that was short lived lie I ended up with a soundbar remote control which did not work the TV then three trips to the store and then we ended up getting a new one but they gave us a generic remote and all the features and functionality did not work so they were trying to get over on us again and then I had to reach out to corporate to get the right remote control there customer support is terrible and I would recommend that you by the TV somewhere else
