    Don't buy this model, it's defective. After a couple days it stopped consistantly picking up the internet when turning it on. I have to unplug it and plug it back in, then turn it on to get it to work. It was an internet purchase. I brought it back to the store after 3 weeks. Best Buy would not let me exchange it since I was past their 14 day return policy and because when they plugged it in, it showed it was picking up wifi. So, now I'm stuck with a TV that I have to unplug and replug into the electric outlet half the time to watch TV.

    I bought this TV, plugged it in and put it in the box and brought it back to the store and bought a TLC. The audio quality is none existent. The picture quality is not what it says. Very dull and difficult to see in any lighting. I don't know how the quality of their TV's are for the higher classes, but no.

      Please know that Samsung is aware of the WiFi connection issue and will be releasing a firmware update soon as a remedy.
      Prior to the update, we recommend that you reboot your TV as a temporary fix.
      Please unplug the TV’s power cord and re-plug it in, or press the power button on the remote, holding it for 5+ seconds to restart the TV.

    This Television works great and has a beautiful picture. Remote control works good also. Watch Netflix movies on it a lot. Would recommend to other people. Very satisfied with the purchase of this Tv.

    I have a problem with this television while watching shows on Disney plus, Amazon prime video, Netflix etc.. You will be in the middle of watching a show and it just turns off and reboots. Besides that issue everything else seems good.
