    Got a great deal , as I bought two . Love the free channels , and the easy integration with my iPhone . After mounting the tv thou I notice there was a small scratch on my screen . Sucks ! The other tv was fine . If that would not of been there I’d give it 5 star . I am kinda OCD about things I buy , and me Knowing it’s there bothers me . Hopefully you have better luck .

    My tv was working perfectly fine till yesterday all off a sudden the tv is damaged somewhere inside because everything does look as good anymore.

    Total price of crap. Stopped working after less than a month. I’ve wasted hours trying to get it to connect to WiFi again without resolution. Will be returning.

    Best-Buy offered this as an 'Open-Box' special with a $50 discount in supposedly 'Excellent' condition. When we re-opened the sealed box at home after Curbside Pick-Up at the store, we discovered a crack/scratch on the TV

    1st When I Opened The Box (Wed 07/21/21) The Remote Was Missing. So I Called Support They Refund The Price Of Remote To Order.. I Ordered A New Remote Which I Received Today (Sat 07/24/21) I Turned The TV On And The Screen Is Completely Shattered And Black.. I Can Hear The Background Music But I See No Picture.. they Said This Was In Excellent Condition And It’s Completely Opposite!!!!

    This tv came damaged thru delivery on the side and when I tried to use the manufacturer warranty they said it didn’t include physical damage but and gives me error 107 every I try to use the smart tv features I’ve only been able to use the tv from my ps5 since December I have the same tv down stairs with none of the issues of the previous tv

Sometimes, even if a TV is double-boxed and the packaging shows no evidence of harm, a TV can still be damaged during transit if proper care is not taken.     Worst Smart TV out there

    After owning the TV for almost a year I can tell you the Wifi receiver on the tv keeps going out. Every hour it asks me to connect to the wifi. Samsung really needs to fix this issue

      1. Use 5Ghz Wi-Fi if possible
      2. Try wired LAN if available
      3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router

    The tv over all is good but it has a white line all the wat on top going across. Its noticible depending on what is going on the screen. It bothers me. Was like that as soons as i tuened it on

    Quality issues in the first year of owning!

    Had TV for just over a year and it now has black lines across it. Out of warrenty by 2 months and apparently nothing Samsung can do. I’d have to pay out of pocket for repairs to a tv that’s newer then all of my other TVs! Ridiculous. Never buying a Samsung TV again!

    TV stopped in 3 weeks, quality issues

    Bought the TV 3 weeks ago and already stopped working (see attached picture) all of a sudden!! Return period is just 15 days, which sucks! Will contact BestBuy soon and update my review accordingly.

    As you can see in the picture. I've only used for 2 months even though I tried to reset and set to the highest brightness.

      Thank you for your review of this Samsung TV. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issue with brightness. This might be due to the ECO Sensor or Motion Lighting features.
      ECO Sensor automatically adjusts the brightness level of the TV according to ambient light level, reducing power consumption. If the ECO Sensor has adjusted the screen’s brightness level, you can select Min. Backlight to manually adjust the minimum screen brightness.

      If it ever happens again, you may try the following steps:
      Go to Settings and select General settings then ECO Solution.
      You will see an option to de-select the Ambient Light Detection.

      Run Picture Test. When the tested image quality is normal, check the signal of the connected device. Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test

    Worst purchase anyone can ever make, I got the tv, and in the first few days it was making sounds when ever the back would be touched, then right before the two weeks of return ended the screen just got damaged when trying to adjust the tv to a certain position, the screen appears to have physical damage, when in fact, its the manufacturing of the screen thats off, I tried to contact samsung and they turned down the warranty because they think its physical damage too. Please anyone hear this warning, DONT BUY THIS TV! WASTED $400 on a no good tv. I also saw that someone had returned the same tv when I went to Best Buy, someone was luckier than I to have returned it.
