    Less than 2yrs old and has a yellow line through the right 1/3 of the screen from top to bottom. Otherwise tv was great.

    The Television was delivered damaged. Damages was discovered upon opening of the container on Christmas Day (25 Dec 21). Please exchange, & Pick-up damaged item at same time. Thank you

Picture Test displays a high-definition picture you can examine for flaws or faults. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test.

    Horrible hasn’t worked since day 1 and now have had a repair team out to my house to fix and made it worse. Will never buy Samsung again

    There's a spot under the screen. I noticed it about a week ago. I'm not happy because your open box policy said that there is nothing wrong with these object they were open and returned.

    The tv came in completely cracked it looked like someone got a hammer and went to town it was a mess but I returned it and got my money back do not get this tv delivered just get curbside pickup

Unfortunately, even if a TV is double-boxed and the packaging shows no evidence of harm, a TV can still be damaged during transit if proper care is not taken. For example, if the TV were sitting in an incorrect orientation -- laid on its side or tilted -- during transit, damage could have been done.

      We recommend performing a cold boot on your TV, which can solve issues you may be having with apps, glitches in the menu, picture issues, etc.

      With the Remote: For most people, the easiest way is to hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and on again. This should only take about 5 seconds.

      With the Plug: If you do not have the remote, unplug your TV from the wall outlet or surge protector, leave it unplugged for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.

      Note: If you switch off a surge protector with other devices plugged into it (such as your router), give them time to power up and reconnect before testing any functions on your TV.

      In addition to the Quick Setup Guide and User Manual which should have come with your TV, the full e-Manual is available both online on the product page of your model on the Samsung website and directly on your TV.

      Hello Angel,

      Thank you for your review of the Samsung TU7000 Smart 4K TV. We appreciate your feedback regarding the picture quality of your TV. If the colors on your TV are correct but just a little too dark or bright you can try the different Picture Modes or manually adjust the Brightness settings to your liking.

      Dynamic Picture Mode will make pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to: Settings > Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic

      Or manually adjust the Brightness and other settings to your liking. Press the HOME button on your remote, then navigate to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings

      You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption.
      Go to Settings> General> Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode.

      Ambient Light Detection will also automatically adjust the brightness level of the TV, according to the ambient light level, to reduce power consumption. If Ambient Light Detection has adjusted the screen brightness to a too bright or dark level, you can select Minimum Brightness to manually adjust the minimum screen brightness.
      Go to Settings> General> Eco Solution> Ambient Light Detection

      Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings>Support>Software Update.

      You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

    We are enjoying our Samsung TV everyday and have really noticed the difference from our previous TV. The clarity is very good, the sound is better than what we had expected, especially for the price, which was a great value. We purchased open box. It was not too difficult to set up. The associates were all helpful in answering questions and guiding our purchase.
