My Samsung TV

TV works great and surprisingly had Amazon Prime app among several others. I signed into my Prime account and got access to free movies and TV shows. Only had a sound and wifi issue but just unplugged TV and all was good. Hopefully I never have that problem again. Love the TV but remote can be less complicated to use.

Was alot bigger than I expected and could bot be happier with my purchase. 43 inch in the store was same as the 50 inch online. Superfast delivery. Easily integrated with smartphone. PS4 pro looks amazing on this TV. Love it!!

I wanted the 8 series but due to budget we decided to get 7 series instead. Really good quality and very sharp! My ps4 is not 4k yet but it's already looks like 4k when we play. We bought Samsung A740 sound bar also and the sounds are my beyond expectations!

It’s the perfect size for my small condo living room. I’m a Samsung loyalist when it comes to electronics. I had it shipped to me, and it arrived in perfect condition. I did have help getting it out of the box, because it’s a big upgrade from my old 32” Samsung.

Your sales associate/manager Chris VanGrinsven suggested it after listening to what I needed and he hit the nail on the head. I was set to buy something different and in talking to Chris and telling him we needed an app compatible with our cable company he made me aware that this is the tv I needed. He was extremely knowledgeable and polite and this tv is working out great. I couldn’t be happier with the tv, and especially the service I received from Chris.

This one was the perfect size for what I needed. I love the legs. The sound isn’t awesome (need it up loud) and the remote moves slowly thought the operating system, which can cause you to open the wrong thing. Overall beautiful TV like my other Samsung’s.

I had purchased it a few weeks ago for a friend in Kansas and wanted to have her experience so I also order the same set up for me.. Once I got the tv it was well packaged and the wall mount went up as expected. Then when I went to mount the tv to the wall brackets, of the 1000 screws provided, such a waste to package all these screws in the box when they know what size fits before it's packaged. Anyway the too long screws are the ones I was forced to use. Because after spending this kind of money on something new for a friend and myself is rediculus for me to have to go out and buy new screws that aren't too long. So I just used what was provided but the tv moves in the frame when I adjust the position. Not happy with that but it's up there. And now I wanted to purchase and send this to another family I know and am hesitant because of this screw issue... Please advise me of what I can do and send me the screws the proper length so my tv that I spent 400 dollars on will not be loose on the mount..!!! And I want a discount on my next purchase of the same item please. thanks

The same model and everything. Sometimes the apps I’ve added to the Home Screen won’t load unless if they’re buttons already on the remote. The apps don’t even attempt to open, it usually just goes back to the app I’m watching. That happened for a day or two. It wasn’t my internet connection or the passwords on the apps. It was weird. This TV is great when it works but sucks when it doesnt

I am very sorry to hear that your apps are not working properly. Please check your network connection. When the network speed is slow, the app may not work as expected.
If you have an app that is freezing, not loading, or crashing, you can try cold booting your TV, updating your TV's software, deleting and downloading the app again, and a completing full reset of Smart Hub to correct the issue with the app.
