    Picture is ok but poor audio. Need a sound bar to be able to enjoy it. Very disappointed for being a Samsung product. Sounds like a 70's transistor radio.

    It's too slow, it takes forever to open a YouTube app. I removed all the apps , reset the TV multiple times but this model is really horrible.

    The picture quality and color are not great. I have a Mitsubishi and Toshiba both with fabulous picture quality and vivid color. I am not impressed with this Samsung.

      Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage:

      1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
      3) Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
      4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
      5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also go to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image.

    Great TV, but can be dim

    Nicely build tv, however, the tv can get very dim when watching anything with HDR. I’ve tried everything to brighten up the image, but with no luck

    We are a Samsung family..however the new smart TVs are horrible!!! We have the highest internet speed and still have to connect to internet every time we turn the TV on..setup was the same. Had to call and get help but it’s ridiculous to have to reconnect to the internet EVERY time we turn on the TV!!! And often it takes 15-20 minutes. We are past our return time now otherwise we would return it!

      1. Use 5Ghz Wi-Fi if possible
      2. Try wired LAN if available
      3. Try repositioning the router, so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router

      Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to Settings > Support > Software Update.

    A decent TV for someone looking for a thin smart TV. The screen and audio are a bit low end though. I ended up returning it for a Sony.
