Love.this TV! Did not want to use the small remote that came with it. Had a 43 inch samsung only reason upgrade. It had a tiny red line in center of screen. Some times. Couldn't notice it. Googled if could use old samsung ir remotes with new version of a model. Said yes even if yours isn't listed going back to I think 2016! Well I like to triple check. YouTube had nothing. Samsung support at 15 minutes said no. But it does and does turn on and control volume with hdmi arch. But only hdmi cord that came with soundbar. Works superfast. Even with a remote 3.yr old! I couldn't be happier. And no not gonna spend nearly another $100 just for voice. Also if really really want. Can use smart things in samsung phone as a remote and can mirror phone. Also. If need extreme help samsung with your permission can remote log in to phones and tvs.

disappointed the remotes have changed on Samsung TV's This version has a different remote from the one we bought last summer.

I really like my new smart TV! The picture is lovely. I just wish the sound went louder without having to almost max out the volume.

This is a good entry level LED 4K TV. It was easy to setup on the included stand as it was not mounted on the wall. Startup of the TV was easy and strait forward in the setup and connection. I could easily connect my satellite TV DVR and content. Getting the speakers to work was relatively hard. We had to buy a sound bar as a separate purchase (Samsung sound bar) and it was very hard to find the connection for the optical cable for the sound on the TV. The problem was made worse because Samsung does not have a separate users manual for this model but provides as a download from the internet a common users manual for all their TVs. It was cumbersome to find which features were available on our model TV. The TV is not very bright and others were brighter. Good depth of field and clarity. It was cheap of sale at Best Buy.

I love the picture clarity and how easy to operate

TV worked good for a couple years but then it went totally out, black screen. Good thingI purchased the warranty

at first the tv was amazing and we couldnt believe how good it was for the price. but after 2 years the tv broke (LED converter went & half of our tv is black) & the warranty is only for 1 year. the best buy associate said that these are the lowest rated quality tvs for Samsung :(

It was time to update my old Samsung which is in excellent condition really trust Samsung brand but with all the choices I had I was scared to make the wrong Decision. I’m so happy I went with this one it had good reviews for a reason picture quality is amazing and has the spectrum app available and many others. I saw people complaining about the sound mine is perfect just adjust the settings to your liking for picture quality and sound and your good. Super light and slim stand is super easy to put on no screws needed lol

I am exceptionally disappointed with my recent purchase of a Samsung 50” Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV. I purchased the TV in spring 2022 and approximately 14 months later, half the screen is dark and unable to be resolved by the recommended software troubleshooting instructions. I spent an hour discussing with the virtual tech support who was unable to offer clarity on the issue and instead said I would need to visit a service center - neither of which are within an hour commute without a personal vehicle. They also noted that the TV was no longer covered under the warranty. At the end of the virtual support conversation, they had the audacity i inquire whether I might be interested in purchasing another Samsung TV or Sound Bar. We opted to purchase Samsung as a higher quality product compared to similar and economic brands on the market. While recognizing it is typical for a warranty to cover a one year period, there is absolutely an expectation that a device should not need to be replaced annually. We use the device on evenings and weekends, have a temperature-controlled home, do not have kids, and haven’t moved homes since purchasing - in other words, there haven’t been any environmental or use factors to cause physical damage. After searching for more details regarding this issue, it is clear from the myriad tutorials that this issue with the tv is pervasive. Google searches suggest the LED strips have either burnt out or the soldered joints have come loose - both of which suggest unacceptable quality control. This is both irresponsible and unsustainable as a manufacturer. There is no reason an electronic device less than 2 years old should be in a landfill. I truly could not be more disappointed by this purchase or the lacking support provided. Unless other support is offered, I will never consider purchasing another device from Samsung.

Really like the TV. Picture is great and all of the apps are right there with all the other controls needed. The remote is simple and easy to use. The sound is lacking. Not able to use my google speakers without chromecast. It is not built in on this model. But for the price of the TV I can’t complain. I’m happy with my purchase.

Lags sometimes but overall good for its money.One of the best for 500 and less
