    The packaging was great, and the TV arrived in good physical condition. While the image quality isn't quite on par with my other TVs from the same brand, it's likely due to the price point, and for what I paid, it's still a good deal. It serves its purpose well, and my kids enjoy using it in their room. Overall, I've had a positive experience with Samsung TVs. Out of the six I've owned, only one has had issues—the LED on the bottom part stopped working after 2 years. I replaced both bottom LEDs, but after about a year, the same one failed again. At that point, I decided to give it away, suspecting an issue from the factory, possibly overcurrent or something similar causing the repeated failure.

    The Samsung 50” smart tv fits perfect where we hung it in our Airbnb. We upgrade an older tv to this and it has a great picture and easy to use!

    Very good tv, however it did come with a faulty remote so I had to order a replica third party one. Works perfect and has clear picture as advertised.
