I have 3 of them and they hands down open quickly, responsive controls with no lag, and out perform the competition easily. The picture is great!

My old TV had HDMI but no eARC. That said, my old TV had better, richer color and better view from an angle. This Samsung was much less expensive, but 15 years ago flat TVs were expensive. If you're not running it through a surround sound system or sound bar the speakers are very tinny. For the price this TV does everything its description says it does and has tons of setting options. After a month of watching it, I am satisfied with how it handles Blu-ray and DVD, as well as TV and streaming.

We use this TV in the daylight basement and it seems to work well both in the daytime and at night.

Communication from purchase through install excellent. Chose to purchase the install option and I would highly recommend it. We were assigned an install time and received messages to update us as to an exact time. The tech was professional, on time, and explained everything. He brought the new tv with him and removed the old one! I would rate the entire process a 10 out of 10! Thank you Best Buy! P.S. We love our new TV and the price!
