At the beginning I have had a few technical issues with sound level and remote not increasing sound but we believe we have fixed at this time.

Not a fan of new remote and format compared to previous Samsung TVs. Not easy to search for apps to download. Also went down $50 right after I bought it. Should be able to get the adjusted.
