    TV delivery was not what was expected. TV delivery service stated that it was delivered to my home and sent via email a picture. That picture was not my house and looked to be an office building. I had to call to report that I did not receive the TV. It took forever to get through Best Buys AI help system to get some resolution to the problem. Eventually I received what I ordered but it was a hassle.
