    Love the TV. Great picture but the sound is not good. It’s under the TV so it’s not coming to the fore front. I’ve tried changing the setting, but still seem to have it on 65 to hear it. I finally bought a soundbar and that works better.

    This is an excellent television for the value. The picture is crisp and clear, and while we use a sound bar, the audio is really nice if you don’t have a bar. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!

    Nice picture. Horrible remote with big time lag at times. Need to reset tv often to get streaming sites to work

      Hi Wisco,

      We appreciate your feedback on the response time, and for optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your DU7200 TV. You can check this by going to Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.

      If you do have the latest firmware, then you can next try a cold boot. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

    I love this tv so far. I’ve had it for a few days now and have had zero issues. Easy set up, great sound and picture, I have zero complaints. It arrived without a remote but that’s only because I got an open-box (the risk you take lol).

    I'm really happy with it. The picture looks super clear and colorful, and it's great for streaming. Setup was a breeze. The sound's okay, but I recommend adding a soundbar. Overall, it's a solid 4K TV for the price.

    Love this TV! It’s my backup/outside TV that I take outside on my back deck to watch football. I keep the feet on the bottom and got a bracket/stand that I can just hang it on when using.

    I have had this TV for a little bit now and I got to say I don’t regret it at all. Picture is amazing and the size is perfect! I’ve definitely enjoyed watching TV more since buying and would recommend if you are on the fence on buying or not. Good TV if you’re looking for great quality but you’re not made of money.

    Good TV for a secondary location. App platform has been working well. Video performance is good after you turn off some of the video enhancement settings. Speakers are on par with other entry level TVs.
