    Love at first sight! This TV is our alternate (back room) TV. Therefore, we were not interested in the expensive features of larger and more expensive ones. After 3 days we are pleased with the start-up, picture quality, and application additions.

    I was surprised by next day delivery! Yah! But I had to return, as my current tv started working again. I think it was a cable issue, although Spectrum could not verify that. The return was super easy, too. Sent me a UPS delivery label, they picked up. Easy. Thank you. I will definitely use Best Buy again in the future.

    Got this TV for my elderly parents and they love it. Samsung Smart TVs have a very user friendly interface but require internet to use most features.

    I'd give it 5 stars but the TV isn't QUITE as smart as I would like it to be, as it pretends to be a second monitor for my computer. The HDMI connection tends to cry home to momma once in a while, and I have to reconnect the cables. Otherwise ... a pretty good TV :)
