This Samsung HDMI ARC does not send sound to the Audio Receiver. I am very disappointed that my 50" Samsung DU7200 has no Audio out ! If you need Audio Out you have to Step up to the Samsung DU8000. The 8000 has digital output. I am going to return the Samsung DU7200..

Downgrade from prior Samsung

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on your DU7200 TV’s image quality. The TV will upscale any content sent to it as best as possible. The closer your content is to 4K, the better the image will look on the screen.
For optimal motion image performance, you may want to adjust the picture clarity setting by going to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings.
- Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off
- Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
- Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used. By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings for Judder Reduction, LED Clear Motion, and Noise Reduction.

Do Not Purchase

Trash TV

I use it to stream, my WiFi is able to support multiple screens and this is the only tv in the house that has issues. Super frustrating. Do not buy which is a real shame cause I like the interface.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung DU7200 TV. I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing a power issue where your TV turns off randomly.
Please try a few troubleshooting steps that may help solve the issue:
1) Check the power cable for damage and proper connection.
2) If the cable is bent, broken, kinked, pinched, pressed excessively (possibly by a heavy object on top of it), or damaged, this is likely the cause of the issue. Replace the cable.
3) Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
4) If the power cycling allows enough time between powering on and off, try updating the TV to the latest firmware. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes, depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software.
If the issue persists after these steps, then the TV will likely need service. Please contact us so that we can better investigate your issue and assist you with a solution or replacement. BESTBUY EMPLOYEES STOLE MY SOUNDBAR

Customer service replaced the item then canceled the order, and Best Buy won't refund me the money or replace Soundbar

Flickering

Best Buy poor customer service

Simply Wonderful TV

I’m retired and not made of money. I was completely unfamiliar with Samsung TVs and their Tizen smart format. Well i took to it all like a duck to water. Its very user friendly and offers all of our favorite streaming services plus some free new ones that I just love. The TV itself has a great picture, though it can be difficult to clearly view in a bright room. The picture as well as other functions are easy to tweak to your personal preferences. And the sound quality is adequate, though i opted to add a basic soundbar. We don’t use the TV to game so i cant comment on that. Its also nice to be able to use AirPlay and other apps to stream content from my phone. We are very happy with this TV.
