The input kept reverting back from cable input to television. I read some reviews and it seemed to be a problem with this particular television., The remedy was to unplug it let it reset and plug it in again. All of a sudden it fixed itself and I haven't had a bit of trouble since.

Great Picture, Samsung Account Required
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The picture and sound are great on this TV, however, I have had a couple issues that will probably steer me away from Samsung in the future. (1) You are required to have a Samsung account in order to download additional apps. In addition, you are required to login to your Samsung account every time if you do not register your TV to your Samsung account online. (2) I have intermittent wifi issues in that the TV won't remain connected to the wifi if turned off. Whenever I turn the TV back on, I have to reconnect to the wifi manually. Talking with Samsung support, they said I should have the TV within 20 ft of the router, which is unfortunately not possible since it's in a bedroom. I wish I had known this before going with this TV.
