It is excellent The fun thing about it is that it automatically recognized the SAMSUNG Blue-ray player and adjusted for DISH TV settings. the only adjustments I had to make were to get the DISH remote to recognize the TV and increase color setting as I did not like the default. The picture width adjusted perfectly on its own. As I was told is the case, you need a Soundbar as well if you want higher quality sound as you have to set the sound at 25 minimum just to get clarity without other sounds in the room. With furnace or laundry on you need to adjust volume way up. I have been advised all of these newer televisions have the same issue.
