I'm disappointed I can only install apps from the Samsung app store and I'm very disappointed the recording of shows through the tv is disabled in the U.S. Some things are not intuitive so we've had to learn by doing. It was a bit harder to set up than I expected and it's harder to fast forward through recorded shows than our previous tv. The ultra high definition is a big change.

I never knew what motion rate was, it's difficult to watch shows without it. I also purchased a sound bar to compliment the tv. Both products were on sale which was also an added bonus
