For the price, this is a good TV. The picture is sharp and the sound is good. However, the streaming software is junk. We can't get Hulu or Sling to load on the TV. We had a Roku before, so we just hooked that up and use it. We use the software for Netflix, but it is glitchy and has a tendency to freeze. A good TV but not a good smart TV.

This TV is not only an excellent value in price, but then with the quality of the picture, options and features, it makes it 5 stars!! This is a great TV for gaming as well as just watching tv. I even have my home security camera steamed through it! Very satisfied with this TV!

Got a really great deal on this open box 4k television. Set up was very easy, and everything worked correctly right out the box. Great picture, and sound. I am using this television as my primary monitor for new gaming computer. It's a perfect match. Thank you Best Buy.

This product has lots of advantages over a non smart TV. Has extra apps. Switching modes is fairly easy. Using Chromecast on it also works well. The only thing I would do different maybe is my alarms are display.

Great value for this price! I've had this TV for over 2 months. There have been no issues and the picture is sharp. The speakers are a little weak, but I paired it with a modest Samsung Sound Bar and it's all I need! I would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

TV is great. Great picture Quality. very light, so its easy to mount on a wall alone. the only thing is if its sits on a TV stand the legs are somewhat short. so, putting a sound bar in-front of the TV will cause remote interference and will have to lift the remote up high.

Love it best TV I've had in years. I don’t make the big bucks so this was right for the price. Didn’t have huge expectations but definitely way way better then expected only down fall for me is watching from a side view there is allot of whites but centered color is very vibrant overall great budget tv scored on sale for 249.00

I have put off buying a new tv for awhile now. Single parent with budget. I was hesitant about the quality due to the great price. But I was very surprised at how great this tv is. Picture and sound is amazing. My only frustration was learning how to use a smart tv haha.

This has to be one of the best TVs out there for the price. Excellent features with a nice picture. Out of the box, the picture was far too bright requiring some tinkering to get it right. Luckily, the TV also offers advanced settings that allow the picture to be adjusted.

I needed to replace a 14 yr old plasma tv. Top of the line in its day. $1700. The Samsung smart TV provided everything I needed and more for a quarter of the price. Great picture quality. Extremely light weight. Very user friendly. The only complaint at all is the remote needs to be a little larger. Its a little hard to read.

The Samsung 50" 4K UHD works great and the picture quality is absolutely superb. Two negatives for your consideration: 1. There are only two HDMI connections so if you need more you'll have to buy a multi-port. 2. I found the step-by-step set-up instructions to be a bit confusing. But then again, I'm not the best at understanding tech.

This is my 3rd Samsung TV. Sold 1 to upgrade, Have a 65" in living room, and bought this one for the limited space I had to work with in the family room. Samsung TV's have an excellent picture, and an array of settings for your tastes. Buy Samsung. You won't be disappointed

Great tv. Picture excellent. Easy to setup and use

My son wanted a Smart TV for his bedroom so I had him choose the one he wanted. He already had a 42" so for him bigger was better. He loves the clarity and can definitely notice the difference from the TV he had. We ALWAYS buy Samsung and have never been disappointed.

This tv has been a great buy. I actually use it as a 3rd computer monitor in my office and have it mounted on the wall. I have had no problems with this tv! I own several Samsung tvs and have not had a problem with any of them.

Great TV. Lots of nice easy to use features. Easy setup.

great TV so far! 2 months. The remote keys are all the same size so you have to have a light on to use it. would be good if remote buttons lit up or had different shape keys like a FIOS remote. Buttons too small also If you're well hung you hit more than one at a time.
