we purchased this tv to replace a very old tv. It has been very user friendly. It was easy to mount as well as to program. We have not needed a sound bar with it. Would definitely recommend it.

Great TV but not for bright rooms with lots of windows, too much glare. I am sure the picture was great if you could see it in our environment. The Frame TV is perfect for glare.

Great picture and easy to use Smart TV functions that I could customize to show the apps in the order I'm most likely to use.

Purchase for a child’s room. The TV has excellent picture and sound for a flat screen tv. Very user friendly.

I purchased three TV’s approx 2 years ago. I put a TCL in each bedroom and this Samsung in the living room thinking it was a higher quality TV, I was sure mistaken, the TCL TV’s are still working great but this Samsung has stopped working. All I can get is an alternating blue to black screen. I called Samsung support and they couldn’t help. The support tech said this TV only has a one year warranty. He said he could set me up a repairman but I would be responsible for the cost to have it repaired. I would think a $600 TV should last more than 2 years but I guess not. I’m 66 years old and I’ve owned several TV’s in my life. This one is the worse. I will never buy another thing made by Samsung.

Awesome TV. Works great can put poctures on it clear photo. Works easy and the remote is simple looks good.

The Best TV ever!!! Apps run smoothly and the gaming and streaming app performance is awesome.

This is my first smart tv and haven't tried streaming yet. The picture is great other than I have a lot of windows so I get a reflection from outside. I had a new soundbar from my old TV and it was automatically hooked up by the Best Buy crew so I have no idea what the sound is like without it.

Great picture. Happy to have the spectrum app. built in the television. Our Sonny does not have that features and had to purchase a roku. That feature saves about 10 dollars a month.

I love my new tv! I couldn’t be happier with the entire process from the minute I walked in the door of BestBuy until they delivered my tv and set it up for me.

I'm happy with this purchase. It was a replacement for a 14 y.o. 40" Samsung TV. I did research and saw this in-store. It was a bit intimidating with the technology; but I actually learned a lot about this model on a TV shopping channel...they were selling a different model but mostly the same. Four stars because of the legs. Too wide to fit on my TV stand and unlike older version, they do not allow for rotating angles; so ended up mounting on the wall. I did upgrade my TV provider receiver and added a soundbar. Encountering a couple glitches which I'm still working on resolving.
