It is not user friendly, especially the volume and channel controls. It doesn't work all that well with fire tv. Trying to find specific functions is cumbersome because it's hard to determine under which heading they can be found. It also took over an hour to get the set up and running with the help of a Samsung tech.

From there, you can select the Q60B under QLED 4K TVs > B Model Lineup. Additionally, you can find other guides and manuals to further assist you with your TV’s features.
