    This tv was great… for 2 years. Bought it almost 2 years ago to the day and now the screen is going out. Warranty is only for a year, go figure. Not even Samsung is worth it anymore. Ridiculous.

    This is my 5th Samsung TV and I am disappointed that after 14 months- with a 12 month warranty it stopped working. Samsung referred me to local repair but for $ 500 and only a 90 day warranty no thanks.

    For the price, this TV can not be beat. I spend probably 20 hours researching TVs before finally ordering this one and I am very happy I did! The google TV interface may be a bit buggy but you are always better off streaming from a Roku/Fire Stick/Chromecast anyway, so not a big deal.

    How would you create such an amazing TV with such a crappy remote?? The issue is it has way too few of buttons and I'm a couple months in having my TV and I'm still trying to figure out how to do things like disable the TV from automatically always defaulting to Samsung TV Plus.

      While your TV may currently default to Samsung’s TV Plus app, please know you can choose what your TV does when you turn it on by going to Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Start Screen Option > Autorun Smart Hub

      1) Enabling Autorun Smart Hub automatically launches the Smart Hub when the TV is turned on. Navigate to this option to enable or disable the feature.
      2) If Autorun Last App is set to on, the last used app is automatically run when you turn on the TV. You can turn this function on or off by pressing the Select button in the current menu.

    The installer did a great job on settling up our tv and mounting it. I would recommend him to everyone. The gentleman that sold us the tv was very good. We delt with Mr Ross before he knows his products. I will most likely be buying another tv from Mr Ross in the future.
