Disappointed +++

The sound quality is unclear and very low, even on 100%. I wonder if I just did not get a "good" set and am looking for ways to return/exchange it for another without too much interruption. The picture quality is less sharp than my two other Samsung tv's--one older and the other the same age. I am terribly disappointed.

Don't Bother if you want to play Netflix

There are so many issues with connection, starting Netflix, again and again, re-booting, re-starting, just a nightmare. I'm wondering if Samsung may have something against Netflix... Struggling to figure out why I paid so much money for a new tv just to keep getting frustrated with it not working!

SOLAR controller NOT

My biggest issue is the so-called solar controller. No way. It doesn't charge in normal light. I have to USB charge it and it only last a few days. I would NEVER have purchased this TV had I known it had a solar powered controller. Stupid.

Poor brand and quality

Says too many are stored but cannot delete them because the remote does not work to access settings. Stupid idea for a solar power remote when the sun never shines.

Not so Great

Will suddenly stop interfacing with cable box remote. Required to reset to factory settings to stop annoying voice commands and announcements. Find something Picture and sound not worth the price. Buy something else.
