    Tried two different antennas to get free local tv..never worked. Picture is just ok, just as good as our LG

    Gives a headache while watching,and also you have to watch it at straight angle or there is a clear contrast in the image

    Don’t buy Best Buy Open Box Excellent Certified

    Don’t buy a Best Buy Certified TV without viewing it in store first. The excellent condition tv had marks on the screen that I then made worse by trying to remove to the point where Best Buy would not accept it as a return. Highly disappointed in the customer service and will not purchase any electronics from here in the future.

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the picture quality of your xxx TV. To ensure you’ve got the latest image quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.

      Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      ...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
      1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      2) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
      3) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
      4) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also go to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings to manually fine tune your image.

    I Keep Returning to Samsung - No Regrets

    Purchased this Samsung Q60B yesterday to replace an out dated Samsung and could not be more pleased. Another great Samsung television, great picture, ease of set up and use and the great Samsung quality. My other set is perfectly fine, not all the options built in but still great picture and fine features - just out dated. My local Best Buy is closed to inside shopping due to construction which I had not realized beforehand. Luckily I made my choice online prior to leaving home. I brought it up on my phone, Scott from Best Buy brought it out so I could purchase. He then loaded the television into my car and off I went. I'd say one of the easiest and quickest purchased I have made in quite a while. I could not be more pleased with this product and would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new television.

    Good While It Lasted

    I bought this television in September 2022. It was a dream and great television. At the beginning of January 2025, the television began turning itself off. Later, the television would show half of the picture before completely coming on. I went away for vacation for a week and upon returning, the television will not stay on for 30 seconds. Only an eighth of the screen will show. For having the television for 2 and half years, the television has been a workhorse.

    Very nice picture and happy I got the large size for movies, etc. Sound quality could be a little better but I'm par with others. Might add a sound bar but overall very happy.

    Has lasted me almost 3 years so far and still exceeds in every way. I prefer it over the living room TV and it's used daily. I'd get the exact same one again if I need more tvs

    For a small TV this Samsung offers some of the best quality available in a Smart TV. I am glad that the Geek Squad offered it to me and hung it perfectly in the only space allowed.

    Good quality TV. Picture is great, sound is great, easy to use Smart TV. Only thing I was disappointed with is that I purchased a 43” TV and the TV itself is 38”. The box it comes in is 43”. Advertisement is a bit deceiving.

      Please know that the industry standard when measuring screen size refers to the measurement of the screen when measured diagonally. The measurements of your 43” Q60B are 38" x 22" x 1" (W x H x D) when measured without the stand.
